Great caterer! Wonderful response time. So easy to work with.

We had a reception for our son and his wife at a brewery with a taco truck. But we needed appetizers for people to munch on, and drinking their beer. Crystal Springs was one of the brewery's recommended vendors. I gave them a call and was impressed with their response. I even got to speak to the chef, to explain the situation, and get his recommendations. Set up was smooth, breakdown was seamless, and even though I didn't get to taste any of the appetizers (too busy talking) people came up to me and said, how delicious they were. Highly recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of everyone at Crystal Springs Catering, especially Stacy Rock. Stacy made planning for our event a seamless experience and we felt at ease in her very capable hands. She was knowledgeable, responsive and fun, and her fantastic taste helped so much when we had trouble making decisions. She added special touches to our event on the day, which were very much appreciated. Crystal Springs Catering felt like a real family operation, and everyone present during our tasting, from the staff, to the Chef, to the owner of the company were all a part of our planning process, and were wonderful to work with. There was food left over at the end of our even, which everyone tried to take home -- that says it all where quality is concerned! We look forward to working with Crystal Springs Catering again.

Crystal Springs did a fantastic job catering our Holiday Party, from setup to display. They were extremely responsive to our needs and were professional the whole way through. The food was delicious and well-planned.

Stacy Rock provided up with a beautiful setup, food selection and service. We had a limited budget and she showed her expertise by making sure we selected something appropriate and nice for the number of guests we were expecting. The displays and tables were absolutely beautiful! She not only provides the food but also make sure the event is classy and nice! She is willing to go the extra mile in providing options to match any budget. Everyone commented on how PERFECT the event was! Thank you Stacy for your hard work I highly recommend you and Crystal Spring Catering!

Crystal Springs Catering did a phenomenal job catering our wedding reception at the San Mateo County History Museum. They were the very first group to call us back after we sent our inquiries for quotes and we never looked back. They had the challenge of cooking for both Vietnamese and non-Vietnamese guests and pleasing both parties, and they succeeded! Many went back for seconds and all of our guests were very happy with the top-notch quality of the food.

I also really have to give a huge shout-out to Katie for coordinating everything (and I mean everything from table counts, guest numbers, decorations, all my super-detailed questions) with us over the last 6 months solely via email as we live on the East Coast, to Sharon and Stacey, our day-of event managers, for keeping everything running smoothly and with bright smiles, and of course Bob for overseeing everything and putting so much thought and care into the whole evening. They really helped keep the entire night low-stress! Their services and pricing are extremely fair and actually affordable and the best part is that they were willing to work with us based on our budget without any complaints.

I used Crystal Springs Catering for a rehearsal dinner for my son and daughter in law. Even though they had another event for the same evening for 600 people, the attention they gave my small party of 23 was fantastic. They delivered on every thing, from equipment drop off and pick up to the delicious food. Great people, great caterer.

Everyone we worked with was super accommodating and helpful. As for the day of, it was great to have someone there who completely understood our vision and took the lead in handling the overall look of our luncheon. Would definitely recommend in a heart beat.
