We LOVED working with Crystal! She had been referred to us by two other couples, and everything they said about her was true. She was organized, responsive, and flexible. We are so happy with our engagement and wedding photos - she really captured our personalities and the joy of our wedding day. Crystal did a great job keeping our bridal party and families organized during the wedding day, and she accommodated our request to have large, extended family photos taken (which was not an easy task). We chose Crystal for our engagement and wedding photos and were so happy we did. I quickly realized that I had filet minon photography taste on more of a flank steak budget. I absolutely LOVED all of the photographers that started around $8000, which was significantly over ourbudget, so I was very happy when my dream photographer recommended Crystal. She was amazing from start to finish. I really appreciated her systems for gathering payments, signing contracts, and information about our engagement and wedding photos. She was always quick to respond to my emails and I appreciated that she contacted me to schedule our engagement photos at the peak of the fall colors like I requested months before. She also met with us at our wedding venue and walked through our day of time line and sent us her detailed notes, which was VERY helpful during a stressful time. She was assertive during our wedding day and kept us on schedule. I appreciated that she wore a nice dress to our wedding, rather than dark gym clothes like some photographers do. We received a ton of great wedding and engagement photos very quickly. She also sent us CDs/ flash drive of our photos so we did not have to pay to order each photo. Crystal was absolutely outstanding! The first time I spoke with her I was concerned about the cost associated with photography and she volunteered to help me evaluate other photographers so I could find a price point I was comfortable with and still get a high quality option-at that moment, I knew I could trust and rely on her so my search was over. Crystal was incredibly fast at responding to all my questions and each meeting was run efficiently and professionally. When our actual wedding day came around she was such a treat to have around. She kept everything on time and was easy to work with-the wedding party and family all loved her, too. After the wedding, she got our pictures out quickly and they were stunning. She did a great job listening to the style that we wanted and completely delivered! I would highly recommend her to anyone getting married! I am so grateful for her hard work.

Crystal was amazing on our wedding day. Took charge when necessary and we were very pleased overall with how all of our photos turned out. The only picture I wish we would have gotten a better shot of was our entire wedding party because there weren't many to choose from. I should have said I wanted more in my shot list!

Crystal is absolutely amazing. We were referred to her from a family member and we were not disappointed. She is always upbeat and can shoot beautiful photos in any setting. We did both our engagement and wedding photos with her. She made the engagement photos a blast for a couple who hate having their pictures taken. A couple weeks later she sends you your disk of photos which you have all the rights to and can print as you please.

Our wedding was the week before Christmas and I was broken hearted that we would have "brown" wedding photos. Definitely not the winter wonderland I had always dreamed of. Crystal was great at finding places to take photos that would still give us that winter feeling. She made us laugh but was very professional at the same time. She always had my best interests in mind. I was feeling a bit overwhelmed during formal pictures with too many people around. Crystal was able to settle me down and offered to close the sanctuary doors.

The quality of her photos are outstanding. We have only received a few since it's only been a week since the wedding but we are more than pleased. She is very reasonable with her prices (the best price we could find) and you will definitely gain a friend in the process.

Crystal was fantastic when she shot both our engagement session and our wedding. We had a blast with her every time we met with her, spoke to her on the phone, or interacted with her through email. Even during her busy season, she responded to our questions in less than 12 hrs, which is unheard of in the wedding world. We got tons of compliments from our guests about how awesome she was at our wedding, and even more after she delivered our pictures to us (within a month of our wedding). My friend, who got married a month after me, was super jealous and wish she had booked with Crystal instead! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Crystal to absolutely anyone. She is worth the amount she charges (and even more).

Crystal Rose Photography was outrageously awesome! We did our wedding a little untraditional - we had our actual ceremony out of state two weeks prior to our actual reception in Minneapolis. Crystal did our Minneapolis reception at Spill the Wine. Leading up to the big day, she met with us several times to truly get a feel of what we were looking for in our photos. She instantly makes you feel like an old friend. She was always prompt in answering our phone calls/emails. On the day of the reception, she arrived early, with an assistant (an intern, I believe, who was also awesome) and was ready to go! She got hilariously precious shots of my bridesmaids sucking me into my beast of a gown, and some sweet candids of my mom laughing (and then crying!) at the whole ordeal. We had a bit of drizzle for weather, but she came prepared with a back-up plan as an alternative to our outdoor pictures. She gave great directions and was wonderful at managing a group of tipsy groomsmen and some very rowdy bridesmaids, as well as our more conservative parents and grandparents. At the actual reception, I can't say enough good things about the shots she got...they were simply amazing!

Overall Crystal was just fantastic. She makes you feel like a good friend yet retains an outstanding level of professionalism. Additionally, our prints were online in a very timely manner, and we had the CD of our shots within a couple weeks. She is without a doubt a fantastic choice!

Crystal was such a joy to work with. My Now husband said that she was so comfortable to be around that he actually enjoyed the picture taking process. Crystal is very creative and her pictures turn out amazing. I will be using her to capture all of our life milestones from now on !
