Carol and Bill were there for us every step of the way, especially while planning a wedding during Covid. Personally I feel there are conflicting reviews and it may be because they are older, but did not fit my experience. Carol was attentive and dedicated to her role. She would deal with my notebook of repetitive questions and took the time to reexplain when needed. She is a true professional and knows her job to the T. She helped us during our special day and night in many ways and our wedding would not have been the same without their establishment and expertise. We booked a hotel for the family less than 1 mile away. Prices were reasonable and the food and cake were amazing and we still get told how great that cake was. All in all blessed.

This was the best decision to have our wedding at Cryatal Garden. I did not have the extra burden on finding people to help set up or clean up. We did not have to end our fun early to do anything the next week we stopped in to pick up our room decorations. It was great! Food Was ! EXCELLENT! Staff was attentive. The place is amazing and the Garden for the ceremony I loved it! you have a private event no other customers walking around like at a winery or park

Everything about Crystal Garden was wonderful, Carol and Bill were very accommodating, food was wonderful, cake was beautiful, and the venue was perfect.

Karol and her husband were wonderful the day of the wedding. I didn't have to think about a thing and they were very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better place to hold my ceremony and reception. It was a gorgeous day and the site was set up perfectly.

We met with Bill at Crystal Garden to look at booking our wedding & reception with them and he was very helpful and informative. He was able to answer all of our questions and even responded to my emails in a timely manner after we decided to sign the contract. We are looking forward to working with Bill and the staff in the coming months to finalize our wedding and reception! They will pretty much be able to do everything there from flowers, table decorations, cake and food and drinks which is great.

The venue was beautiful for my Wedding Day, but they were not good at responding to me when I tried to contact them, especially by email. So that stressed me out a little bit.

The prices are high for what you get.

Crystal Gardens really took good care of us on our wedding day. The food was AMAZING. Our guests continually expressed there likely to the food and cake. Their servers were very professional and polite. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what we saw elsewhere. I feel we got our money's worth. The garden was beautiful and everything was set up exactly how we wanted.

On the flip side, the head person was not responsive to emails and not as friendly as many other wedding vendors we ran encountered. They were rather strict about times. They shut down the bar and had us leave at exactly the times specified in our contract.

Make sure everything promised to you verbally is also in the contract you signed.

Owner is rude and unreasonable. Would list every issue we had but I would be typing for weeks.

Place is beautiful but definitely not work the terrible customer service. Did not make me feel the slightest important to them.
