Services Offered

There are a few reasons our clients really love us. You get to choose all of your own vendors such as the caterer, DJ/MC, photographer, videographer, cake baker, florist, etc. Additionally, all design and decor are included. This covers the use of tables, chairs, linen, centerpieces, candles, table numbers, a cake table, a gift table, etc. This also saves you thousands of dollars on rental or purchased costs. Our Current Special Package at the Crystal Ballroom Ocala includes the use of the Ceremony Ballroom (for weddings and vow renewals only), the Reception Ballroom, and VIP suites. Cocktail hour services, day-of event coordinator services, bartender, and four banquet room attendants will help make your day flow seamlessly. You will enjoy a choice of colors for all linens as well as the use of tables, chairs, china, crystal, and flatware. Uplighting will enhance the atmosphere of your special day and the setup and breakdown of these elements are included.
