I love everything about Crystal ballroom, extremely professional individuals, beautiful decor, and very nice.

The Crystal Ballroom at Veranda made our wedding day a dream come true. From the decor and all other services provided, it made our wedding day spectacular for us and our guests! Silvana was our event coordinator and she was amazing!!!!!! She was very informative and sweet. The ballroom is blessed to have her on there staff. Michelle was a delight to work with and Mum has a true talent in decorating because our decor was to to die for. I am so glad we found this hidden treasure and will continue to spread its goodness to everyone!!!!!

Even though everyone was very sweet, things weren't looking promising at first.. Communication wasn't great and something got pushed to the side. After my husband had a meeting and some things around things got switched around it got alot better. They took the time to make sure we were happy. Communication was non stop. They took the time to go over everything with us. The place was set up beautifully. Everything we wanted.
The only negative comment I have is I with they would get portable air conditioners for the dinning/dance area. Once everyone started moving around it got hot.
Keep in mind you have to provide our own DJ, Caterer, and any "extras". They did their best to accommodate our needs.
At the end of the night we were pleased with everything.

Wedding coordinator (Mary)
Should not be seen. She should be on standby making sure everything goes well with service. Also, she definitely shouldn't be toasting the happy couple! Whether one forgets or not, it's not her responsibility to do the toasting. She could've asked the Maid of Honor or the Best man. I felt she was too much in the mix of it all. Also they definitely need to change those 1970s bows that are tied to the back of the chairs. They look dirty and wrinkled, and those horrible artificial flowers that looks it's been sitting there since the first opened. My sister had more than enough money to choose something more elaborate, but she believes to give people and businesses a chance, even with so many bad reviews.

First, the venue is beautiful. It does not look like the pictures on here. They didn't follow through with things I asked for and they stated I could have. I didn't have things that was included in my contract, chairs was dirty, my family had to greet guest because there was no one at the door, didn't have the canopy, red velvet ropes and rug, colors wasn't incorporated in the floral downstairs, uplighting was wrong color, lanterns was out (when I asked that they be removed, guest in the back with the bridal party. Mary was rude to guest and bridal party. I told the owner and she made up excuses for everything i didn't get and took no accountability. She was defensive. I wasn't asking for any money back I was just giving feedback. The staff said their not getting much business. Now I can see why. I didn't even name everything. Not enough characters
