I walked into Crown Jewelers a couple days prior to my wedding to get my ring cleaned for the big day. The woman who assisted me was incredibly sweet, was very excited to hear about the wedding, and even cried a little when I told her my dad had passed recently. She got my ring cleaned and sent me off with well wishes and a complementary cleaning kit.

We bought my Husbands band here and he is to put it nicely - very picky! We bought a ring and he then decided to return it, which they were very accommodating. They also had his new ring in within a day. Unfortunately, the ring didn't fit, but they didn't stress and were able to stretch it to fit! They were able to provide solutions to our ring issues and I couldn't be more happy and know we will be returning to this store!

I wanted a canary yellow engagment ring in a princess cut, which I guess is not normally done, they finally found it for my husband its beautiful. I went to pick out our wedding bands there and was pressed for time because we had put it off to the last minute. My husband has an extreamly large wedding ring finger, no place had his size, nor did crowns, however with the wedding the next day it didnt seem like he was going to have a ring that fit his finger, to have it size was going to take a week at least, the women who waited on us, put his ring at the top and had it stretched for us, so we had his ring and mine for our wedding I love crowns I would reccomend them to anyone

Found us our perfect rings and was able to resize and engrave them for a low price.
