Horrible Experience During Pandemic

Had a horrible experience with this caterer for our wedding. First, this caterer spoke to family members behind my back trying to change me menu without my consent of knowledge. Second, We had to change our original wedding to a small backyard ceremony with family, due to covid. We went from a 100 person wedding to a 30 person wedding and this caterer was not flexible at all. They wanted to charge us the same amount for 30 and 100 people. I had even Limited my menu to a salad and surf and turf dinner. Only two courses no dessert, no cocktail hour and they still did not compromise on the original quoted price for 100 people. During COVID everyone is trying there best to do what is right and this caterer was unwilling to be flexible to the situation. We lost our $3500 deposit because they were not willing to be flexible and ended up hiring another caterer. Even with losing the deposit, and going with another caterer the cost was still less expensive
