As we know, everything start at the top and the owner, Emanuele Ponzo, is the quintessential professional. He is extremely helpful, accommodating, act fast and execute with perfection and he is on top of that so much fun to work with. Humor always help.
We did not give Emanuele Ponzo a lot of time to come up with ideas and time to organize it but his creativity, his speed of coming up with great solutions made our event like we planned it for month!

Ponzo’s food choices, presentation and service was at the level of any Oscar night parties! His team was so wonderful and they make you feel like a Rock Star. You feel so well taking care of, that you will never want to use any other company but Crateful Catering Los Angeles.

Where to start? Emanuele catered my fabulous wedding at the Houdini Estate here in Los Angeles. He and his entire team at Crateful Catering were AMAZING! First of all, I'm an Italian American - so it was important for me to have authentic Italian food. They knocked it out of the park with a number of Italian dishes including a fabulous Cacio e Pepe. That said, we also had a mix of appetizers, a charcuterie table, sliders and even a taco bar - so it was a really well-rounded presentation that gave our guests a number of options. Emanuele personally took the time to attend our pre-event walkthrough. He was also very responsive including answering after hours calls/texts when I needed to reach him - which is great because I'm usually busy with my companies during the day. He was available to talk when I was, which if you know anything about planning a wedding, you know that it can be stressful at times if you can't reach your vendors. I never had that problem with Emanuele. At one point we even had a little issue with the venue in terms of some contractual/layout items pertaining to the catering kitchen - and Emanuele was able to personally call in some favors with the venue owner to make a few things happen for us. In all, if you're looking for a standup guy, with a great company, to provide excellent customer service and even better food - particularly if you want anything Italian - don't hesitate to go with Emanuele Ponzo and Crateful Catering. The team at Crateful are amazing. Emanuele outdid himself with the delicious food and fantastic crew service at my wedding. People are still talking about how out of this world the food was. They accommodated my wife's diet and truly went above and beyond. I even got the pleasure to enjoy a private toast with Emanuele. The tastings beforehand were an experience we will never forget. If you want top of the line food, presentation, and service, you would be cheating yourself if you did not go with Crateful Catering in LA. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crateful Catering and Emanuele. When we started planning our wedding the number one most important thing to us was the food. And all of our wedding dreams came true because of Emanuele and his team. From the initial tasting with him which had the best, most professional service, and most delicious food, to the responsiveness of his emails, and his understanding what we wanted and delivered exactly that, Crateful Catering made all of our dreams come true. Every single guest at our wedding was raving about the food. Even weeks later people still talk to us about it. In addition, the staff is incredibly professional and were a pleasure to be around. They also handled our bar service. We had a vision of what we wanted for the food at our wedding and Crateful Catering gave us exactly that. Our only disappointment is that we don't have another party coming up so we can use them to cater again. We can't wait until we do!

Emanuele and Crateful Catering were awesome partners to work with for our wedding. After thoroughly evaluating over 20 caterers, we had booked Crateful for our wedding over 1.5 years ago, but we'd had to delay it until recently for obvious reasons. Throughout the entire time, Emanuele was flexible, responsive, and professional as we navigated the pandemic together. Even when our guest count dropped from 175 to 125 due to the Delta variant and other life events, Emanuele worked with us to make the experience even better for the guests who could make it.

His creative vision, attention to detail, and dedication to his craft are second to none. We asked for cuisine to reflect the diverse countries we've visited, and he presented an amazing menu of tasty and beautiful options. The food was some of the best I've ever had at any wedding. Our venue (City View Penthouse at South Park Center) was on the 30th floor of a skyscraper but required the kitchen to be set up in a parking lot outdoors, with all food being transported via elevators. Not a problem for Crateful, as Emanuele directed his staff towards flawless execution in an extremely challenging environment. Even though we booked a different vendor for bartending, Crateful stepped in to cover some of their missteps during the event. We couldn't have asked for a better caterer to make our event so memorable.

It was so hard planning a wedding during Covid but Emmanuel and his team at crateful catering went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. They were friendly, communicative, patient, efficient and on the food was incredible!

Can't share enough about first class service of Crateful Catering team. From planning to execution, everything is consistently excellent. Menus, food presentation and taste always exceed my expectations. I have used them for 2 events and I won't hesitate to call on them again. Highly recommend.

Crateful Catering has been our go-to catering company for family get togethers and events. My niece used them for her wedding a few weeks ago and the family was blown away. The staffing were incredibly friendly, the food was of the highest quality and the presentation and execution was top notch. Crateful did such a beautiful job with handling the catering for the wedding. Strongly suggest them for family events, the execution was flawless.

About a month ago, I attended my cousins wedding and it was incredible. The setting was made even more incredible by the unique drinks at the interactive bar, and the outstanding cuisine offered by Crateful. The presentations and quality of the food was hard to believe. Everything came out the perfect temperature and the cuisine was beautifully plated. I highly suggest the seafood menu, I selected the Salmon Tartare and it was incredible.
