Seat up to 250 people around the outdoor gazebo then host a catered reception inside. Onsite event specialists and an Executive Chef help you plan everything from event rentals to room blocks and catering menus.
Facilities and Capacity
The Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian has space for up to 250 guests in their outdoor courtyard and the El Dorado Ballroom. The courtyard features a rod-iron gazebo ready for decorating, and a large fountain as a focal point. Couples can choose to set up the courtyard with traditional seating or circular seating. The ballroom is conveniently located next to the courtyard so guests can easily navigate from ceremony to reception. The Courtyard hotel can also host bridal showers or an engagement party.
Services Offered
The Courtyard by Marriott Boise West/Meridian includes a number of event items to coordinate and enhance your wedding vision and theme. They will help set up and clean up all available event items, which include altars and arches, furniture, drapery to decorate, dance floors, audio equipment, tables and chairs, chair covers, linens, napkins, china, glassware, flatware, and barware.The wedding party can get ready at the hotel the day of in the bridal suite. There is ample parking and a shuttle service available, along with wheelchair access.
Cuisine
The Courtyard Marriott will create a customized menu to include a choice of American, Italian, Mexican, or local fare to serve during your wedding. The food can also be prepared to fit a gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free, no pork, vegan, or vegetarian diet.
Accommodations
Guests can stay in rooms at the Courtyard Marriott at a discounted rate the night of the wedding or in the days leading up to the big event.
