The Country Club of Sapphire Valley in Cashiers, NC was the most gorgeous setting for a wedding reception anyone could ever want. We did a cocktail hour on the back deck, with outdoor fireplace and a fantastic view, then a seated dinner in the beautiful banquet room for 130 people. The food was wonderful and the service could not have been better. From the first conversation with Debbie until the end, we were impressed with how easy to work with and accommodating they were, which remained true throughout the event.
