My mom found Cosentino's Downtown (Store 284) after I'd been searching and obsessing for a month. Kathy (the Head Baker) was so engaged and really made us feel like our cake was her #1 priority. Kathy started out discussing all the flavors in depth, then quickly realized I was so burnt out and overwhelmed. She said "Don't overthink it. Just tell me what you want." And then it was so easy. She was also very honest about everything - she even told me I was ordering too much cake. No one else told me that! And we landed on the perfect amount.

After my original choice for cakes fell through, someone suggested I check out Cosentinos. We went for a consultation and tasting and were sold. We wanted multiple cakes and not a traditional wedding cake, although they do those too. We ended up ordering a dozen cakes, all different flavors. Kathy was a gem to work with and when the cakes arrived on our wedding day, I was stunned. In a good way. They were beautifully decorated with shavings, berries, frosting and other yumminess. The spread far exceeded my expectations! We cut the chocolate raspberry, which was an excellent choice. And I admit I tasted about six others. They were all delicious! And a great value. Turns out my first choice falling through was a real blessing in disguise.

These guys did a GREAT job. They'll do almost anything you ask and they'll deliver with 110% enthusiam. One thing I suggest are the fruit and vegetable displays. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Mandy!
