Justin and his team were absolutely amazing. Being from out of town, I wasn't able to try any of the food before the wedding and I was blown away! I made up a menu and they delivered food that was better than anything I could have hoped for. They were also extremely flexible and professional regarding their mobile bar and we got so many compliments on how cool it looked/was. Our wedding was outside and a little off the beaten path and they made it work without complications! I would recommend them to anyone in the Eugene, OR area!

We had a lot of compliments on the trailer, it is fully equipped and a great all in one for sound system, one bathroom, keg service, wine and beverages. We booked this well in advance but when we asked to review the trailer again after a year of seeing it at a show, it was hard to get a response. We ended up adding some items to our package like wine barrels, and wireless speakers. We were told we would get a revised invoice with a breakdown, we never received that invoice or a response when we asked again for it. A month prior to our event, we received an invoice that was double the costs we were quoted. They did honor the original quote but with a bit of an attitude. Two days before our event I received a text asking us again how many wine barrels we rented. At that time they informed us they only had 8 of the 14 and offered us some bistro tables instead, however they did not know how many they had. We ended up using both wine barrels and bistro tables but I was not happy about switching the look at the last minute with everything else on my plate. Again the attitude was snitty and impersonal. The sound system was great and just right for what we needed, however we did not get the wireless speakers we requested. I did mention this to them and received no response or refund for this or even and offer of refund for any of the missing wine barrels we paid for. We had the trailer Friday night through Sunday afternoon in which we paid for one day so that was great. They picked up the trailer on Sunday from our property and although I was outside at the time, the girl that I had been speaking with all along did not even acknowledge me. Her partner is a very nice guy and pleasant to talk to, she is not pleasant or professional.
