Nicole Thomas and David Robinson have been collaborating musically together since 2015. The duo met at a jazz workshop working with master jazz pianist and vocal coach Tamir Hendelman. They quickly bonded over their mutual love of bossa novas, jazz standards, ballads, and well crafted popular songs. Since that time, they have developed an extensive repertoire of jazz standards, bossa novas, swing tunes, and pop tunes.

Nicole and David perform under the band name "Corcovado" as a piano-vocal duo, and also perform with bass and drums, depending on the venue, and budget for the event.

Nicole and David regularly perform at local restaurants, coffee houses, fund raisers, and private events.
