We hired cookies and cognac for our wedding officiant, ceremony musician, jazz quartet for cocktail hour, and DJ. The price for the whole package was very reasonable, and they were so kind, helpful, flexible and fun in the planning. The ceremony musician made custom arrangements of the songs we wanted. The officiant and DJ met with us multiple times before our wedding day to figure out what we wanted and make sure it would happen the way we wanted. The night before/the day of the wedding my now-husband ended up in the ER and we were unsure whether we'd actually be able to make it to our venue. Justin, our officiant from Cookies and Cognac, offered to come perform the marriage at the hospital or wherever would work for us. Luckily we got to do it how we had planned (albeit a truncated version before heading back to hospital). Afterwards Brian, the DJ, offered to meet us with a disco ball and a boombox somewhere in the weeks/days after our wedding so we could have our first dance after all. Justin performed a lovely ceremony and filed the paperwork for our license very speedily - we already received our license in the mail one week later! The musicians were very talented, both the cellist during the ceremony and the quartet during cocktail hour. Brian and Justin even played in it, which was really fun! Our guests and we loved Brian and Justin, and we heartily recommend them to anyone looking for officiants, musicians and/or DJs. They were so kind, friendly, and flexible and we loved working with them!!!
