Confectionary Home is a bakery in Houston, Texas that works with engaged couples to create custom wedding cakes and desserts. Owner, Margarita Golden, is passionate about baking, and works to give couples edible works of art for their special day. Each of her delicious creations is designed specifically for each couple, to match their nuptial theme and favorite flavors.
From her first consultations, Margarita works closely with her clients to design the homemade desserts of their dreams. They bake treats from scratch, from the buttercream to the decorations. Your vision will be their main inspiration, as they make it their goal to give you wedding cakes that look as good as they taste. In addition, they also offer cake pops, cupcakes, and custom desserts as sweet additions to your dessert table.

I graduated from UT with a Magazine Journalism degree, packed my bags and headed to NYC where I enrolled in a full time program at the Institute of Culinary Education. I interned at Country Living Magazine and worked at The Magazine of La Cucina Italiana for 3 years before venturing out as a Personal Chef in NYC. I graduated with distinction from Le Cordon Bleu in London, where I completed the patisserie program and interned in pastry at the Bentley Hotel. My windy career finally brought me back to my love of all things cake, and the rest is history!
