I first contacted Dan just to ask some questions that I had accumulated while shopping for rings online - I wanted to talk to someone that I trusted to know their stuff, and Dan delivered.

When I mentioned that I was working with a tight timeline in mind, Dan told me to rest assured his team could deliver exactly what I needed in time for my planned proposal.

The rest of the process was extremely smooth - Dan followed up shortly after with a great selection of diamonds for me to choose from. There was 0 pressure or upselling, but Dan was happy to offer input when I asked.

Once we decided on the perfect diamond, Dan introduced me to Aubrey who helped me the rest of the way. Working with Aubrey was equally amazing, as she helped me design the perfect setting for the ring as well. Any time I was unsure of what to choose, Aubrey was extremely helpful with showing examples of different rings and explaining various choices to consider.

Dan is great. I first shopped a diamond through a large online retailer through one of their stores, but the experience was very lacking compared to Dan. He showed me how to look at the diamonds and what to search for. The images that he emails are crystal clear and you can see everything. The staff is very nice and accommodating to every request.

The lovely folks at Concierge Diamonds helped me design a wedding band for my fiancé. I went with them because he had gotten my ring there, and spoke highly of them. And man, was he right! Not only were they responsive and attentive to my needs, they really seemed to be enthusiastic and caring about their products. They even got the same craftsman to do the hammered texture on his ring the exact way it is on mine, so they match! I never would have even thought that was an option. They were able to work with me to get his ring ready less than two months before our wedding, and the shipping was very fast.

I'd like to preface this by saying that I worked with Concierge Diamonds REMOTELY for the entire process. I did NOT step foot into the store even once... a matter of fact, I live on the completely opposite side of the country!

From the first messages to physically holding the piece of jewelry in my hand, I was treated with professionalism, honesty, and positivity. My initial email exchange was with Dan Moran, who was very welcoming. He immediately connected me with Kendall Junck, who managed my project from start to finish.

Kendall was an absolute joy to work with. Right from the initial consultation phone call, I knew this was where I wanted to get my ring. I wanted a custom-made ring for my special lady, and I had a very precise vision in mind. Kendall listened to every single detail I provided and never gave me the sense that I was being cheated. She was very upfront with what I could expect with the budget I provided, and not even once did she pressure me to spend more money.

Kendall worked diligently to find several diamonds that fit my criteria. Even after I declined the first set of options, she didn’t get frustrated or try to force me into a decision. Instead, she found another option that was simply perfect and within my budget!

After selecting the stone, I worked with Jessika Deegan to get a Computed-Aided Design (CAD) model, which showed exactly what I would expect.

This next part is where I was really impressed. The craftsman informed me of several details we should alter to ensure the ring doesn’t get damaged. For example, I was advised to sink the diamond stone deeper into the ring and surround it with a metal “basket” to keep it more secure and less likely to get “dinged.” This was truly something only a seasoned expert would know. Better yet, this modification didn’t take away from the ring's aesthetic one bit, and I’ve even received compliments from friends on this seemingly minor design change.

Once I gave my approval on the CAD, I worked with Isabel Scheer on the financial details. I would like to emphasize that my consent was required for EVERYTHING; otherwise, the project would not move forward. Kendall, Jessika, and Isabel all made sure that I knew EXACTLY what to expect before moving forward, and I never got the sense that I was being rushed or forced into anything, not even for a second.

These three ladies made what was initially a nerve-wracking task into a beautiful journey that kept me excited to get down on one knee the entire time! In the end, I received my ring on time and speaking of the ring, I couldn’t believe how amazing it looked when I first saw it in person. It was everything I expected and something I am genuinely proud to place on my lady's finger.
