Great experience
Dan is great. I first shopped a diamond through a large online retailer through one of their stores, but the experience was very lacking compared to Dan. He showed me how to look at the diamonds and what to search for. The images that he emails are crystal clear and you can see everything. The staff is very nice and accommodating to every request. -

Concierge Diamonds was very responsive and helpful from my the very start. I had a lot of very specific characteristics I was looking for and they kept bringing in diamonds until I found what I wanted. I worked with them remotely for the whole process and they made it very easy. They provided detailed pictures and videos that made me feel reassured that I knew exactly what I was getting. I found their prices to be much better than the local jewelers I had worked with in my area. The ring is beautiful and my fiancé cannot stop staring at it. We will definitely look to them when it comes time to look for wedding bands and I will be recommending them to my friends and family. -

There aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how amazing Concierge Diamonds is! Everything in the whole process was incredibly seamless. Communication was prompt from start to finish, the team (I worked with Kelli, Aubrey and Rachel primarily) made me feel comfortable the whole way and worked with me to create my dream ring. When my fiancé proposed last week, the pictures captured me with my jaw dropped because the ring was so beautiful in person. Truly Special Experience with Dan and the Concierge Team
Dan, Sado, and the entire Concierge Diamonds team were the most amazing people to work with. Dan took the time to understand what I wanted the ring to be, discuss intricacies of each design, structural considerations, and shared his immense knowledge with me as I embarked on the most important investment of my young life. After consulting numerous jewelers, including a jeweler we have a multi-decade relationship with, I was worried about the dishonesty and sales practices that seem to be commonplace in the Diamond business. After 6+ weeks of exploring options, no matter who I spoke with, my guard was on high alert. That is when I met Dan, owner of Concierge Diamonds (and now a friend), that 3,500 miles away, unbeknownst to me, went to the same east coast high school as me. Dan never once tried to sell me, instead he informed me and armed me with the knowledge to make my own decision. In turn, a rapport and foundation of trust was formed. After dealing with my 7 days/week calls and texts (sorry Dan), me scrapping multiple designs that I personally requested be drawn up, and sending him on a wild goose chase for the perfect center stone, I got the finished product...My girlfriend (now fiancé) had two things to say when she saw the ring, “yes”, and then “oh my goodness who made this”. In the sea of congratulatory texts that we have received, almost everyone has commented and asked about “the bling”. I could not recommend Dan and the Concierge Diamonds team more, he not only surpassed our wildest expectations, but also established a long-term customer in us. Thanks Dan and Concierge team for truly taking my engagement to the next level!! -

My husband used Concierge Diamonds when designing and buying my engagement ring while he was living in Southern California and he could not rave enough about the experience. He has told so many people about how professional and thorough working with the staff of Concierge Diamonds was. He was so proud of the final product and confident that he was getting absolutely the best quality. When we started to look at wedding bands, we could not find anything that met our needs or expectations so I reached out to Concierge Diamonds. We live in NYC, so I was hesitant to shop cross-country, but they provided excellent service. More impressively, they worked extremely quickly in our 6 week window - considering that I even had to send them my engagement ring (with the most thorough and secure packaging instructions) to make sure it paired with the band perfectly. I worked primarily with Aubrey! She was able to price out different options for me, and kept me in the loop during the design process as well. She sent multiple videos and called a few times too to confirm that we were working in the right direction. So now my husband and I can BOTH vouch for how incredible Concierge Diamonds is! I adored my engagement and I love my matching wedding band. My husband has already received many compliments for how simple and beautiful his ring is as well.

Experience as breathtaking as the diamond itself
For our 14th wedding anniversary, I wanted to upgrade to a big rock. For a first time Diamond buyer, Kendall made the process a breeze. She educated and guided me through all types of purchase decisions. She was so diligent in the selection process until we landed on the one.
I also appreciated her patience, flexibility, and most importantly the promptness in her communication. We went through many rounds of selection in terms of the 4Cs of the diamond in addition to finding the best in my price range. The process of getting it crafting the ring was also quite efficient.
Overall, very happy with the purchase. Kendall is now my forever goto girl for any jewelry purchases. -

How Ring Shopping Should Be
We worked with Caroline at Concierge Diamonds, and had a great experience from the first phone call. She helped us with everything, from timing our first visit (after Valentines Day for the best deal!) to choosing the stone. They were super helpful during the design process, and even accelerated the production timeline for us to correspond to a last-minute trip. With the diamond buying process so opaque and frustrating, this is exactly how it should be. Cannot recommend them enough. I'm obsessed with my ring and I feel like I couldn't have gotten it anywhere else. -

I started my engagement ring search where most guys probably start, Blue Nile. While there were plenty of rings, cuts, shapes, etc. to choose from, there was no guidance about what exactly to look for apart from the 5Cs. Was I getting a decent value? How does this ring look on a finger?
Concierge Diamonds completely blew me away with the quality of service and level of attentiveness I was shown. I was given 10 options in total to choose from, and they would have sent me more if I needed it. Kelli helped guide me through the process from beginning to end and I felt secure and excited the entire time. If I did it all over again, I would have started with Concierge from the get. -

Impeccable Service and Beautiful Ring
It is stressful enough to decide you want to propose to your partner, let alone the diamond selection and ring-buying process. However, the team at Concierge (I worked with Kelli, Astrid, Rachel, and Dan) could not have made the process easier. I was able to have complete discussions about budget and design remotely and they sent high-res photos and videos of the diamonds, CAD files for the ring/setting design, and provided overnight shipping. The process was extremely straightforward and they were a huge help with advice on diamond and gold characteristics, budget, and just making everything feel more relaxed even though I was making such a big decision. I liked the idea of bringing my business to a local shop and could not have been happier with the service they provided. The Place to go to for Custom Engagement Rings
TLDR: If you’re looking to buy remotely, or live in LA, check these guys out. I could tell from how smoothly my interactions went that this is a group of professionals that can help you design the perfect custom ring without the headaches of traditional retail options.
I proposed over the weekend on our vacation in Maine and she said yes! My fiancé is ecstatic with the ring, and I was very pleased with the whole experience working with Concierge Diamonds and wanted to share my testimonial so others can make the same wise choice.
After finding out some details on the kind of ring my fiancé wanted, I did some searching online and came across the r/diamonds and r/engagementrings subreddits. I found a few posts from and some positive reviews, and logged that in the back of my mind. A few days later, my (now) fiancé and I went to a local jeweler in our town to see some ring styles in person and confirm her ring size. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t great (our retailer didn’t seem too knowledgeable, continued to show us rings that weren’t anything close to what we said we were interested in, wouldn’t even bother to try on half sizes to determine the right size, etc…). After that experience, I was pretty turned off and definitely wasn’t going to go that route. I did some more research into Dan by reading his posts, watching some of his Youtube videos, and reading through the FAQ on the Concierge Diamonds website.
As I live on the East Coast, I was a little hesitant to go the “remote” route with such a big purchase (especially during Covid), but the more I read and watched, the more comfortable I became with the concept and am very happy I went down this route.
I set up a remote consultation (free) by providing my information through their website, and heard back from one of their GIA Professionals, Caroline, within a day and we set up a meeting to discuss the process over the phone. She carefully explained how the process would work, answered all my questions, and provided much appreciated expert guidance on some design decisions I was hesitant on. Afterwards, I sent over a description of the diamond & ring details I would like, along with some example pictures of rings my fiancé did/didn’t like to help guide her.
Within a week, I had three diamonds curated for me that met the criteria that we discussed. Provided were high-magnification pictures and videos of the individual diamonds to aid in the decision process. After some initial indecision, Caroline recorded a follow-up video with all three diamonds in simple settings on the same finger, in both natural sunlight & indoors to help me decide between the 2 I was having difficulty choosing between. Her patience and expertise was super helpful in making my choice, and I’m sure I wouldn’t have gotten that level of service from my local jeweler.
Before the assembled ring was finalized, I received a fantastic, up close, rotating video of the ring to review all the details before signing off on the ring. I found this a great touch and really helps assuage concerns of any surprises when you receive the ring.
I’d also like to add that I had a bit of a tight window as I wanted to propose on a pre-planned vacation. This whole process was able to be completed from filling out the initial form on the website receiving the ring in the mail just 5 weeks later. In addition, each of my interactions with members of the Concierge Diamonds team was superb. All my conversations with Caroline (GIA Professional / Design), were incredibly helpful in the decision making process, and Isabel (Accounting) was more than accommodating when setting up payment and discussing delivery options.
In summary if you’re in the market I’d highly recommend checking out Concierge Diamonds if you’re looking to buy any sort of engagement ring.

From Overwhelmed to Excited
A chance-email to Dan and his team saved me from an overwhelming and stressful online shopping experience at Blue Nile, James Allen, and other big box online websites. Dan (and team) was patient, informative, and thoughtful and took what was quickly becoming a stressful experience and made it something magical.
From choosing the stone to selecting different setting choices, Concierge Diamonds patiently helped me and educated me. Not only that, Dan happily teleconferenced with me, my future mother-in-law, and my sister-in-law, which is no small feat! In the midst of a pandemic, Dan made the process feel special and never rushed me despite my own tight deadlines. After our first call, Dan told me he was happy to make a new friend, but after this process, I feel like family and surely have a jeweler for life.

I truly loved my engagement ring buying experience with Caroline and the team.
For me, if I was to spend a substantial amount of money on jewelry, it made sense to do it with a company that customized everything. I was recommended Concierge by my brother, who recently got a ring as well. He had nothing but good things to say so I took a leap of faith and reached out. The only expensive jewelry I have got before buying a ring is ear rings from BlueNile. And WOW was I impressed with the experience.
Buying an expensive diamond on BlueNile was overwhelming as the diamonds ended up looking all very similar. When you are looking through thousands of diamonds, I could not tell the difference or justify the cost of a more expensive diamond.
With Caroline and Concierge, the experience was easy. I gave them an idea what kind of ring I was looking for with a budget. Caroline did the hard work and research, and I chose my diamond from the "videos of the final 4 diamonds" that were picked from hundreds of diamonds.
I could not be happier with the product! To produce a beautiful custom ring in just a few weeks during a pandemic is amazing.

Dan, Caroline and the whole team at Concierge went above and beyond to create the perfect engagement ring for us! I had a very tight timeline as I planned on proposing during a road trip, and Concierge sourced a wide range of diamonds, and found the absolute perfect diamond for us. They created the setting and completed our ring well within the timeframe I needed it. My fiancé is absolutely in love with her ring and can’t stop showing it off! I was initially planning on purchasing an engagement ring from one of the big websites (blue nile or james allen). But working with a respected diamond dealer/broker is a much better way to go - for the same price tag as the big sites, you also get expert advice in selecting a good diamond as well the ability to fully customize the setting.
Dan and the team were super helpful and patient in my communications with them and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted at a very good value. -

Amazing Partner for Life's Biggest Decisions
I found Concierge through Reddit recommendations, and Concierge has rewarded that decision in every way.
Customer service was excellent, as I had many conversations with one of their reps in making a decision on my SO's engagement ring. I found their prices for the high-quality exceptionally reasonable, without the mark-up of big box jewelry stores. The craftsmanship was excellent, and my SO is frequently complimented on her ring's design and sparkle.
We were so happy with the work on the engagement ring that we chose them to make her wedding band as well. Again, great customer service and excellent craftsmanship, including safe and secure delivery practices (so no reason to be worried about delivery/damage of a precious item). I definitely recommend them to friends who may only know about Kay's or Zale's. You pay a lot less for a customized, higher-quality ring. -

Helped me find the perfect antique cushion
I found Dan on Reddit where he seemed to be very active and giving some good advice (this was after my initial researching once I was ready to purchase a diamond for my fiancé). I contacted them with my request and he called me back pretty quickly. We had a good chat about the ring but also he was very personable with asking me about my fiancé and me which I thought was very nice.
He went right to work locating a few diamonds and although the initial set wasn't what I was looking for (after finding out the type of diamond she really wanted, not to his fault since he didn't have that info from our first call) he quickly came around with 2 other sets of some really good candidates. One of them was the one I did choose, and just after seeing her reaction (I was showing her many different ones that I could choose from) I knew which was the one by the way her face lit up. I called Dan right away and placed the order then went through the design and approval process. It didn't take too long, even considering the Covid-19 stuff going on.
Once I got the ring it looked perfect and then it was on to the next step: the proposal.
But thanks to Dan and the folks at Concierge Diamonds, I had the exact ring that I wanted to get her and it meant so much. I am considering using them again for any future specialty jewelry needs as well (birthdays and anniversaries come to mind) and maybe even some watch stuff for myself. I recommend giving them a shot and listening to his advice on diamonds (and pairing it with your own research). -

Concierge Diamonds was fantastic through every step of the process of buying an engagement ring. I was referred by a friend and I'll refer all of my friends to Dan Moran and his team at Concierge Diamonds.
Before committing to such a major purchase, I did several weeks of due diligence comparing selection and prices across LA's Diamond District and online jewelers. The diamonds I saw with Dan were significantly higher quality than those I saw anywhere else, and the prices were very fair.
I was looking for a less common cut (Old Mine Cut diamond). Most jewelers I called had 0 or possibly 1 Old Mine diamonds to show me, where as Dan was able to show me a selection of 8 Old Mines - each better than the last. I was truly impressed!
In addition to the quality and selection, everybody at Concierge Diamonds was fantastic to work with, from the owner (Dan) to the designers and other concierges that helped me along the way (Kelli & Aubrey).
I just received my finished ring. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the team was able to complete my ring design, set the stone, and deliver my ring on a relatively short turnaround. Couldn't be happier with the ring or with my overall experience.

My experience working with Concierge Diamonds was nothing short of spectacular. From initial consultation to design to the final product, the Concierge Diamond team had been exceptional in communication which made me feel at ease and in control of the entire process. Buying a ring is a large investment that could call for feelings of unease. But the team at Concierge definitely helped me feel as if I were buying a pair of shoes. Wish they were in the business of selling cars!

Best purchase you’ll ever make!
I really struggled finding a ring for my fiancé because I thought my only options were the local, overpriced jeweler or the online, hard-to-tell-if-they’re-good-quality jewelers (I.e. James Allen, Blue Nile, etc.). Then I found concierge diamonds. They helped me find the best diamond possible under my budget and customize the ring to fit said diamond. Would recommend 10/10. I'll start by saying I am a complete novice when it comes to jewelry of any kind. I was in contact with 4 other custom jewelers all of whom were more concerned with listing a bunch of foreign letters, numbers, and steep price tags than actually helping get the best possible ring for my now fiancé (spoiler alert) without putting myself in the poor house.
From initial contact to my visit to the office, Kirsten was helpful, friendly, and all around AMAZING! I explained my lack of experience to her and she was more than willing to not just go over the finer points of the 4C's. After explaining them, I had the opportunity to look at what had to have been 30 stones and find the perfect one.
After selecting the stone I gave Kirsten the custom design I wanted and Concierge Diamond's craftsman matched it perfectly. Both Kirsten and the product manager Crystal were very communicative throughout the process and I was aware of every stage of production the ring was in. Although they offer shipping, when production was complete, I was simply able to pick it up just in time to pop the question!
I could not recommend Concierge Diamonds enough. If you're in the market for any type of custom jewelry, do yourself a favor and reach out to Concierge Diamonds. -

Let me start off by saying that I am a very picky person who looks at every detail and need things to be perfect. Concierge Diamonds takes there time with you every inch of the way from the initial phone call to the ring being delivered. THEY ARE THE BEST OUT THERE!! There is no other place that will walk you through step by step over and over until every last detail is covered from the stone to the band. They are amazing. I can honestly not recommend them enough. Living in Michigan and buying a ring from a vendor across the country was very nerve racking but they made me completely comfortable with the entire process by the end. Let me tell you what. Engagement Ring
I wanted ti wait till I proposed to write this review because it is well deserved. After finally being able to propose to my longtime girlfriend, I found myself lost in a world of unknown. I had no clue where to start, what to look for or even a spec of knowledge when it came to diamonds. I searched and searched the internet, feeling overwhelmed with the array of articles on engagement rings.
I finally decided to search on reddit in hopes of finding answers to my million questions and hopefully finding a foundation to which to build upon to begin my search of the perfect ring. After a quick search, I came across Dan Moran and Concierge Diamonds and knew I stumbled upon the perfect expert to help in my search. He had praises from millions across the internet and his online reviews, YouTube channel and social media pages to help solidify that he was the perfect choice!
I sent an email to advise him of my interest and he was quick to respond and set up an appointment over the phone. Before I knew it, he was helping me design the perfect engagement ring along with Aubrey, and I must say, it was perfectly done! My now fiancé LOVES her ring and it would not have been possible without the expertise and knowledge of Dan Moran and Aubrey!! I've recommended Dan to several friends who are looking into proposing soon and he has earned my business for our wedding bands to come soon!
If you are looking into engagement rings, look no further. Dan and his team make the process so smooth and easy, it is almost unbelievable. They definitely make the process as least stressful as possible. With secured shipping and payment, you have nothing to worry about.

This review is long overdue but needs to be out there. The gist of it all is that Concierge Diamonds is an excellent place to find the right diamond for your budget while getting the customer service you deserve. I worked with Dan and his team to get the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancee over the course of 3 months and the whole process was enjoyable.
I first contacted Dan back in early December 2018. Dan quickly referred me to his teammate Kim who is also a diamond specialist. Throughout this whole 3 month process Kim was very enthusiastic and patient. She made sure I knew what I was walking into by covering the 4Cs, informing me where I can make trade-offs, and answering all of my (many) questions. When Kim first gave me her down-selected set of diamonds, I made a change in which certifications I was willing to accept and also lowered my budget. Kim respected my preferences and gave me another selection of diamonds that fit my new criteria in a timely manner.
When it came to manufacturing the setting and getting the stone set, I informed Kim that I was on a tight schedule and needed the ring completed by a certain date. Crystal, the production coordinator, was informed of this and her and Kim gave me regular updates on the status of the ring. They did not forget my schedule and by the end of this process managed to get the ring done and quality checked just in time!!
Overall I highly recommend Concierge Diamonds, especially Kim. She was a pleasure to work with and will make sure you come out with a diamond that you and your partner will be happy with! -

I had a blast with Dan and the team the entire experience was flawless! Why, you may ask? Because I gave them my trust and they delivered big-time.
I was shopping for an engagement ring to propose to my girlfriend and now fiance and was about to close out a deal online but my gut told me to check on Diamond Concierge before pulling the trigger.
It was the best decision I made that day because Dan and the team helped me choose the best beautiful diamond engagement ring for my soon to be wife. Honestly though Its was so perfect , accurate sizing,optimal specs,excellent value & super sparkly! I feel proud every time my fiance wears it and take pride and ownership in it, All this is because of the world class service and smooth/hassle/stress free diamond buying experience from Diamond Concierge.

Not getting the actual ring but more or less the shady dealers you hear about or getting my wallet eviscerated. Connecting with Concierge Diamonds and working with Kim turned the dread I was feeling into an overall amazing and joyful experience. Like legit, I never thought I would be so excited and interested in the whole diamond shopping process. I can't overstate the impeccable customer experience Kim and the team provided. I never felt pressured and Rochelle and I had a blast every step of the way from the 'game of stones' to the finished product. Phenomenal communication (we have an email chain a mile long) and a finished product that surpassed all of my expectations. I was already to the moon excited about proposing but having the beautiful ring in my back pocket that your team assembled makes the excitement just about unbearable.
I never write reviews (probably should working at Amazon) but jumped on this one because you all deserve it. You all sincerely are the best, I'll recommend the heck out of this place to anyone looking for an engagement ring. Thank you Kim!!!

Harry Sent on 08/08/2018Dan is the MAN at concierge Diamonds! I'm fortunate to have found Dan and the entire team at Concierge Diamonds to help with my engagement ring. The overall quality of service and professionalism was more than I could've asked for.
They took the time to show me various diamonds within my criteria and NEVER pressured or rushed me in any way. Dan always stressed the importance of choosing a diamond that looked perfect to ME. He had the custom setting made and diamond placed in less than 2 weeks!!! I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and the outcome.
