I worked with Josiah for our May 2016 wedding and everything was awesome. I'm not exactly sure how I even came across him hah, but I was scouring the internet to find someone who could provide and deliver hors d'oeuvres for our cocktail hour at our wedding. We already knew we wanted a BBQ vendor to do our dinner and we had hired a service company to serve everything (I know, too complicated, I don't recommend!). I explained all of this to Josiah, including a request for mini lobster rolls, and he didn't even flinch! Instead he invited us up to Groton for a tasting and everything was delicious. Oh, and did I mention that we needed vegan items for a good portion of our guests! He didn't act like he was doing us a favor by catering this part of our wedding, he was actually excited for our menu!

Honestly, if we could do it over again I would have had him cater the whole wedding! FYI, they do have full service catering options, too. The food got so much fanfare and it was really reasonably priced for the servings. The service company we hired said everything was completely clear with instructions to heat up and prepare for guests and his delivery driver arrived on time despite making a trek to the Cape.

We had so many vendors for our DIY wedding and Josiah/Coleman was really one of the best. They followed through on everything while still providing awesome food!
