We had Colavita make custom decorated cookies as our wedding favors, and they were a huge hit! We were worried that the cookie would be hard to be able to support the frosting design on top, but they were actually incredibly moist and delicious! Our guests loved them. Would highly recommend!

We hired Colavita Confections to make our wedding cake. We had an initial consultation meeting with Emily where we described our vision for the cake and provided a couple of inspiration photos. Emily assured us that she could understand what we were going for and would be able to make just the right cake. The final product was better than what we’d imagined. The fondant flowers on the cake were so delicate and detailed they almost looked real. The cake as also so delicious! The cakes at weddings that I’ve attended tend to be dry or bland but ours was the perfect consistency and so yummy!

Hiring Emily was by far the best decision we made for our wedding. Instead of the traditional place cards, she made 150 cookies with everyone’s names and table numbers on them. We then had 5 different cakes to accommodate different palates and THEN she made fresh chocolate chip cookies, hand pies and cake truffles for serving through the night. She is extremely professional and cares more than anyone I’ve met about her craft. All products are made from scratch with the best ingredients. I’m still getting compliments from guests that “not only did everything look beautiful, but it tasted amazing”.

Emily also made the desserts for my bridal shower and it was absolutely perfect.

Emily did my wedding cake and people are still raving about it! It was the most delicious carrot cake. She also did a gluten free chocolate caramel torte for my GF guests that was amazing! I have also had her cookies multiple times (check out her website she makes amazing iced vanilla shortbread cookies) and they are out of this world! She does it all and also delivers!
