She was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We had the pleasure of meeting Melissa during our food tasting at The Hamilton Manor, and she was so attentive to our preferences. The tasting box itself was a dream come true! Every cake option we tried was absolutely delicious, and it was so hard to narrow it down to just two flavors. Ultimately, we decided on the lemon cake with raspberry filling and the vanilla cake with cannoli filling—and we’re so glad we did! Both cakes were nothing short of incredible, and our guests are still raving about how delicious they were. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the textures were just right—moist, flavorful, and absolutely mouthwatering. One of the special touches we loved was how Melissa worked directly with Flower Bar to incorporate the perfect winter greens and pinecone accents on the cake, tying it beautifully into our seasonal theme. Melissa's attention to detail, combined with her warm, friendly professionalism, made this process such a positive experience. My husband and I got married on 1/14/24 and used Coco's Cakery for our wedding cake. Melissa was so wonderful and offered us a ton of choices for our wedding cake tasting! We chose the lemon cake with raspberry filling and it was so delicious. Melissa even gave us cupcake replicas of our wedding cake to save for our one year anniversary. I sent her a few inspo pics and she delivered exactly what we wanted! Thank you Melissa for a wonderful wedding cake and seamless experience!

Coco's was super responsive when I had questions, had great flavor options. And made us an amazing cupcake display for our wedding! We told them that they could choose how the cupcake display was set up, as we weren't too picky about it, and it looked PERFECT.

Melissa was great to work with from beginning to end! My husband and I picked four flavors we wanted to try and she brought it to the Hamilton Manor the night of our food tasting. She was personable and made sure to talk with us when walking around, which we LOVED! On the day of the wedding, she supplied our cake display and even included two cupcakes for our wedding anniversary! We highly recommend working with Coco’s Cakery and Melissa!

Cocos Cakery was recommended to us through our reception vendor. Melissa the owner is responsive, professional and talented. She offers a lot of different flavors, cake stands and opportunities for cakes, cupcakes, etc. highly recommend.

Melissa at Coco’s Cakery was awesome to deal with! She was able to bring samples of cake to our food tasting at the Hamilton Manor! During our cake tasting, she was so cool, and not pressuring at all! She told us that she could adjust the flavors to make the caramel icing a little more or a little less prominent. We enjoyed all of the flavors that we tried, it was so hard to make a decision. In communicating with Melissa, we were able to choose two different cake and icing combinations for our wedding cake, which was totally perfect because we each like different combinations! On the day of the wedding, the cake looked exactly how we imagined it to, and it was so fresh and delicious! Overall, Melissa was a delight to work with and we both really enjoyed the cake!

As my husband and I sat down yesterday to eat our cupcakes (mini versions of our wedding cake) exactly one year later, we were reminded of how amazing our experience was with Coco's Cakery, specifically with Melissa. From the beginning, Melissa was wonderful! She met us at our venue for samples, completely going out of her way to make sure we felt right at home. The samples came in cupcake form as did our one year anniversary delights. This was to preserve the flavor in a more manageable portion size. (By the way, our cupcakes did last an entire year, even with a move and all!)

Before we met with Melissa, I sent her a few pictures of how I wanted the cake to look, and she nailed it! We had a 4 tier cake, but we wanted simple, rustic elegance. We added a few flowers from our florist to complete the look. Because we couldn't decide on a flavor for the cake, we had more than one! Our final choices were as follows:

Top/Bottom Tiers: 2 layers of chocolate cake with 1 layer of vanilla cake and mocha buttercream filling.

Middle 2 Tiers: Vanilla cake with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling

I really loved how beautifully simple our cake was for our wedding. It meant a lot to me that Melissa listened and got what we wanted right away. I never thought I could feel so happy about a cake, but I did and still do!

Coco's Cakery came recommended by our wedding venue and they did NOT disappoint! My husband and I met with Melissa to try the sample flavors we had selected and I brought an inspiration photo with me for the design of the cake. The day of the wedding when I walked into the venue and saw our cake WOW was it absolutely PERFECT!! She executed the design flawlessly.. she crafted a flower out of sugar that was an absolute work of art. We received our 1st anniversary cupcakes at the end of the night which we got into the freezer promptly when we got home! We reached out to our venue to see if there was leftover cake as we did not get any of that to bring home.. then again we were pretty preoccupied and wouldn't have noticed if it all did get eaten anyway. Our venue told us there was non left over and they offered to reach out to Melissa to see if she could make us something since we didn't get to have any of the cake on our wedding night (aside from the tiny piece during the cutting). Melissa emailed me and we coordinated a date to pick up a pretty nice size round cake just for my husband and I which was so sweet!...Literally! It was SOO good, my husband insisted we freeze some of it to eat when we get our wedding video back. So impressed with Melissa and her company.. I would highly recommend!! :)
