  We are beyond thrilled that we chose Coco's Cakery for our wedding cake! From the very first interaction, Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We had the pleasure of meeting Melissa during our food tasting at The Hamilton Manor, and she was so attentive to our preferences. The tasting box itself was a dream come true! Every cake option we tried was absolutely delicious, and it was so hard to narrow it down to just two flavors. Every cake option we tried was absolutely delicious, and it was so hard to narrow it down to just two flavors. Ultimately, we decided on the lemon cake with raspberry filling and the vanilla cake with cannoli filling—and we’re so glad we did! Both cakes were nothing short of incredible, and our guests are still raving about how delicious they were. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the textures were just right—moist, flavorful, and absolutely mouthwatering. One of the special touches we loved was how Melissa worked directly with Flower Bar to incorporate the perfect winter greens and pinecone accents on the cake, tying it beautifully into our seasonal theme. Melissa's attention to detail, combined with her warm, friendly professionalism, made this process such a positive experience.   Wedding 1/14/24

  My husband and I got married on 1/14/24 and used Coco's Cakery for our wedding cake. Melissa was so wonderful and offered us a ton of choices for our wedding cake tasting! We chose the lemon cake with raspberry filling and it was so delicious. Melissa even gave us cupcake replicas of our wedding cake to save for our one year anniversary. I sent her a few inspo pics and she delivered exactly what we wanted! Thank you Melissa for a wonderful wedding cake and seamless experience!

  Highly recommend!

  Coco's was super responsive when I had questions, had great flavor options. And made us an amazing cupcake display for our wedding! We told them that they could choose how the cupcake display was set up, as we weren't too picky about it, and it looked PERFECT.

  Awesome bakery!

  Cocos Cakery was recommended to us through our reception vendor. Melissa the owner is responsive, professional and talented. She offers a lot of different flavors, cake stands and opportunities for cakes, cupcakes, etc. highly recommend.

  The owner was great and worked with us to accommodate our needs for our package price. We loved the taste and design of our wedding cake and received so many compliments from our guest. We would definitely recommend this vendor.

  Melissa Did an amazing job in creating a unique and personal design to our wedding cake. She used her many talents to give us an original and delicious tasting cake that consisted of fondant and 4 tiers of different flavors of cake. Our glittery and hexagon shaped cake won our guests over.

  Melissa was great to work with from beginning to end! My husband and I picked four flavors we wanted to try and she brought it to the Hamilton Manor the night of our food tasting. She was personable and made sure to talk with us when walking around, which we LOVED! On the day of the wedding, she supplied our cake display and even included two cupcakes for our wedding anniversary! We highly recommend working with Coco’s Cakery and Melissa!

  Melissa at Coco’s Cakery was awesome to deal with! She was able to bring samples of cake to our food tasting at the Hamilton Manor! During our cake tasting, she was so cool, and not pressuring at all! She told us that she could adjust the flavors to make the caramel icing a little more or a little less prominent. We enjoyed all of the flavors that we tried, it was so hard to make a decision. In communicating with Melissa, we were able to choose two different cake and icing combinations for our wedding cake, which was totally perfect because we each like different combinations!   Delicious flavor with smiles included

  As my husband and I sat down yesterday to eat our cupcakes (mini versions of our wedding cake) exactly one year later, we were reminded of how amazing our experience was with Coco's Cakery, specifically with Melissa. From the beginning, Melissa was wonderful! She met us at our venue for samples, completely going out of her way to make sure we felt right at home. The samples came in cupcake form as did our one year anniversary delights. This was to preserve the flavor in a more manageable portion size. From the beginning, Melissa was wonderful! She met us at our venue for samples, completely going out of her way to make sure we felt right at home.   Before we met with Melissa, I sent her a few pictures of how I wanted the cake to look, and she nailed it! We had a 4 tier cake, but we wanted simple, rustic elegance. We added a few flowers from our florist to complete the look. Because we couldn't decide on a flavor for the cake, we had more than one! Our final choices were as follows:
  
  Top/Bottom Tiers: 2 layers of chocolate cake with 1 layer of vanilla cake and mocha buttercream filling.
  
  Middle 2 Tiers: Vanilla cake with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling
  
  I really loved how beautifully simple our cake was for our wedding. It meant a lot to me that Melissa listened and got what we wanted right away. I never thought I could feel so happy about a cake, but I did and still do!

Melissa emailed me and we coordinated a date to pick up a pretty nice size round cake just for my husband and I which was so sweet!...Literally! It was SOO good, my husband insisted we freeze some of it to eat when we get our wedding video back. So impressed with Melissa and her company.. I would highly recommend!! :)

  Coco’s Cakery was amazing! Melissa was recommended to us by our venue and we are so happy with our choice! She was incredibly accommodating in coordinating our tasting. Her flavors are unique and there are enough combinations for anyone. For our wedding cake, she was able to bring my vision of a beautiful, rustic wedding cake to life. She worked with my florist to get fresh flowers for decoration and we used an amazing wood base for it to sit on. It tasted amazing and we even have two cute cupcakes for our one year anniversary. We would absolutely recommend Coco’s to anyone!

We were especially surprised with some of the flavors we didn't even think about.
  
  The hard decisions we would face: 1. how were to choose the flavor for our cakes (because they were ALL yummy,) and 2. How handle different food allergies for our guests. We had a number of our guests with a peanut, soy and/or gluten allergies, but we still wanted everyone to enjoy some wedding cake. When we started picking our cake vendor, my husband and I just assumed that we wouldn't necessarily be able to give everyone cake. Melissa gave us the great idea of doing a smaller cake, with different flavors at each level, and separate cupcakes where she could give us multiple flavors too. My friend Janelle in particular, who has a very serious peanut allergy was so touched that there were a couple of cupcakes kept separate just for her. That Melissa took the time to worry about my guests’ allergies by making other batches speaks to her incredible kindness. I can't say enough how accommodating Melissa was, and our guests were extremely thankful for it.
  
  The other thing I have to mention was the presentation of the cakes. We were able to give Melissa a rough idea about the look we were going for and she nailed it! We received multiple compliments about it too!
  
  Not only would we recommend her to anyone in need any kind of cakes, we can't wait to order more cakes from her in the future. Delicious!

  Melissa made our wedding cake and not only was it beautiful it was delicious. We received so many compliments on the way the cake was designed and we could not have been happier with the way it looked. It pulled all the elements of the wedding together!!

  Melissa at CoCo's Cakery made us some delicious cakes for our wedding! We are so happy that our venue works exclusively with her. At the tasting, it was so hard to choose which cake flavor to go with because they all tasted so good! We wound up choosing the cinnamon chocolate chip for our main cake and the chocolate peanut butter for the groom's cake. The design of the cake was also gorgeous! We showed Melissa some pictures of other cakes we liked, and she knew exactly how to design it. We would absolutely recommend Melissa and CoCo's Cakery to anyone looking for some delicious and beautiful cakes! -- Emily and Nick

  Our cake from Coco's Cakery was delicious! It was included as part of our venue's package - and I loved that the owner didn't try to convince us to spend more on extra stuff for our cake. The one I originally liked would have cost extra, and she showed me how else we could do it so it was covered with our venue's package.
  
  The cake was delicious - we did Key Lime and vanilla - nice and summery!
  
  She even baked us two cupcakes of the flavors to eat on our first anniversary - instead of taking the top layer of the cake home.

  The cake was delicious. Everyone is still talking about it. It was exactly what I wanted and Melissa was very nice and will work with you for anything you want.

  Coco's Cakery provided the most beautiful and delicious cake and cupcakes for our wedding! Melissa was superb to work with and allowed us to pick multiple flavors of cupcakes to allow for dietary restrictions. Absolutely amazing!
