My event Coordinator was Katie at the Cocoanut Grove, and she was absolutely the best!! My daughter wanted to have her quinceanera in the Sun Room. Katie from day one listened to all of our ideas and made it become a reality. Our event was flawless and Katie was there the entire day to make sure things were going well. The whole staff at the event were super friendly and professional and made my event so special and hard to forget. Thanks to all the staff and Katie, our event was unforgettable!!! The Sun Room is a beautiful room and so unique. The special feature I would say is the ceiling that opens up and of course, the breathtaking views of the ocean ♥. They food was the bomb!!! everything was just perfect!

After searching for the perfect beach venue in Monterey Bay, I decided to get married in the Cocoanut Grove Sunroom for many reasons, and was not disappointed! The staff were phenomenal, helpful, and fun to work with. The view of the beach and wharf, with the famous boardwalk below, creates a fun and whimsical mood. Yet the venue itself is elegant, with the lovely glass ceiling and bistro lights The location is PERFECT and it falls right into average wedding venue pricing - not too expensive and worth every penny. Plus, it was so exciting to see our names on the marquee day of! We had a fantastic time, and my guests loved every moment.

We held my daughter's reception at the Cocoanut Grove in Santa Cruz, CA in the Sun Room. The reception venue was absolutely beautiful! Annie McNeill was wonderful to work with and was very professional. It was awesome and I would recommend the Cocoanut Grove as a reception and/or ceremony site.

The Cocoanut Grove also provided the food. The food was delicious, we choose a buffet and there were many food choices to choose from. We received several compliments in regards to the food, thanks to the Cocoanut Grove.
