What is the story behind Cloud 9 Weddings?

Hello and Welcome to Cloud 9 Weddings!

My name is Jamie Nicholas and I'm the proud founder of Cloud 9 Weddings. It's hard to believe that I've been officiating weddings since 2010 from the sunny beaches of Tampa Florida to the magical mountains of Colorado. I can say with the biggest smile on my face I absolutley LOVE what I do!!

Each couple, each love story, every ceremony is a timeless memory that I get to add to my mental scrapbook. I believe every couple has a beautiful story to tell, and it’s my passion to bring that story to life in words. I take the time to truly get to know my couples so that each ceremony reflects their unique journey, personality, and love story.

Whether your vision is an intimate elopement or a grand celebration with all the bells and whistles, your ceremony will be perfectly crafted, authentic, and unforgettable. My goal is to make your special day as magical and unique as your love story, leaving you and your closest loved ones with memories to cherish forever.

Loved our officiant!

Because we decided to elope, we’re planning last minute. Jamie was very quick to respond and extremely flexible with all our requests. She wrote very fitting ceremony script as well as helped us feel less stressed with the whole process. She even provided location ideas. Overall Jamie has high level of attention to detail, she’s kind, professional, patient and great to work with. We highly recommend her services!

Jamie is incredible, so grateful

After 48 hours notice and one phone call Jamie created a short, simple, and deeply meaningful ceremony for me, my husband and our young son. From the location, to the sweet ceremony and inclusion of some of our family Jamie brought us together and put words to feelings and hopes deep in our hearts. It was perfect and felt so authentically true to who we are as individuals and a couple. We are so grateful we found her and her spirit and energy held us as we stepped into the next phase of our journey as a family.

Amazing Officiant!

THRILLED that we left officiating our wedding to a professional rather than a friend/family member- Jamie was amazing! She was so friendly, easy to work with, and did a fantastic job day-of. Her script was beautiful, she's a fantastic public speaker, and she took any change requests we had immediately. Highly recommend her!!

Understanding

Absolute pleasure.

We loved working with Jamie & Jonathan. Everything was perfect; from communication to giving us exactly what we asked, to pricing. Gave us great feedback about weather and perfect timing. Jonathan captured our small intimate ceremony perfectly. Got all the shots we asked for. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with and have be apart our special day and union.

Perfect fit

A great officiant!

Jamie officiated our wedding in Colorado Springs. She was very responsive throughout the whole process and developed a ceremony that was exactly what we wanted. She showed up on time, was reliable, and easy to work with! My husband struggled with some light headedness/low blood sugar the day of our rehearsal, and Jamie was patient and helpful with that situation. After the ceremony several people commented about what a great ceremony it was. She did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone!

Easy going, super responsive :]

Jamie was easy going and kind. We sifted through quite a few officiants as we wanted someone who knew what they were doing to be part of our day. She was responsive, friendly, reasonably priced and professional. So glad we picked her! Thank you!
