Cannabis Friendly

When you host your event with us, you will get a full 5 hours of site rental for your wedding ceremony and reception. This does not include set up and break down. You may rent the property for an additional $200 per hour if needed. All guests and vendors must be finished and off property by 11:00 pm. The entire property, (aside from the rooms), are yours for your event, and you will be the only event scheduled that day.

You may also add on any of our hot tub cottages for the wedding party and guests, and as always, breakfast is included with your stay.

Site Pricing

The cost for rental of the entire property for your event is $2500.

A $500 damage deposit is required with the site payment and is fully refundable.

A 50% deposit and damage deposit is due upon contract signing.

Rentals and Wedding Fare

The Cliff House has tables and chairs that are available for your use, and are included with your site rental fee. We can arrange any additional wares/linens/tables/chairs with our party rental company.

The Cliff House partners with Chef Laurie of The Roving Rooster for all of our in house catering. http;//therovingrooster.com She specializes in creating delicious, eclectic menus that are a little different from your standard wedding fare.
