From the 1st meeting with Emma, we felt she was the perfect person to work with. After talking with several other coordinators and wedding planners, Emma quickly "understood the assignment" and passed the "vibe check"! We wanted a low-key, relaxed wedding with a forest fairytale feel, and she NAILED IT!!! I already had a whole pintrest board for her to go off of, and she did ALL the work to make our vision come to reality! She worked very well with our budget and was super easy to communicate with. She was so helpful with providing her expertise in the areas/details we were clueless about or didn't even think of. We collaborated so perfectly and she was a lifesaver when things got stressful! I can honestly say Emma is not just a professional wedding planner & coordinator, she's a remarkable human that truly cares about people and making sure everyone has the best experience possible! Our wedding could not have been so perfect without Emma Claudio and her amazing team! Not to mention, she has all the best connections for vendors as well, we seriously didn't have to worry about anything!! We are so grateful to have found her. Thank you Emma!!

Emma took ownership of all facets of the wedding and knocked it out of the park. Communication was easy and consistent with her, and while we may have been a bit picky, she was flexible and brought solutions to the table. The month leading up to the event was nerve racking, but having Emma coordinate with vendors and get everyone in line was a huge peace of mind. There was a hiccup with the party rental vendor but Emma was able to step in, keep everyone accountable, and got things back on track to make sure we weren’t missing key items for the reception. The day of the wedding was a whirlwind and went by way too fast, but I think it was only because she kept everything on track and made sure all the pieces fell in the right spot. We have already recommended Claudio&Co to a few other couples and we definitely plan on asking her if she’ll help plan our family reunion next year!

This night was everything I could have dreamed of and more. Every detail told a story and was exactly what I wanted. Zero stress. I’m booking Claudio & Co to plan every other event I have!
