We chartered a bus for our guests from Hauppage to Patchogue and everyone thought the bus was a great touch so they wouldn't have to worry about driving in a area they don't know. We had a lot of out of town guests.

Robin at Coach was such a pleasure to work with she helped me with the planning and I didn't have to worry about how this was going to happen. I trust this company and plan to use them again in the future.

We used them for both a limo to the ceremony, and a coach service for our guests between the hotel and location. They were pretty good. My only beef was having to give exact scheduled times for the shuttle rather than running it as needed.

I used the 51 passenger shuttle service for my wedding two weekends ago. I had called my Rep on the Thursday before the wedding to ensure that the bus driver had the correct address and would be able to find the venue. She assured me that the driver would find his way through GPS,etc. WELL, this did not happen. What should have been a 15 min bus ride wound up being 45 min and the majority of the guests were late to the cocktail hour. Not only did the driver not have the correct directions, a guest on the bus had to help him get to the venue. Also, my wedding happened to be the hottest day of the year and the air conditioner was not working on the bus. Mind you, this was the first shuttle bus out of 2. The second bus filled with guests did not even make it to the cocktail hour. I would certainly think twice before booking Classic Coach for your wedding day!

We hired Classic Coach to shuttle our guests back and forth from the hotel to the ceremony and from the reception to the hotel. We set specific times and gave more than enough time to get back and forth.

Their driver was five minutes for our first shift and subsequently late to the second shift. My guests arrived to the ceremony late and had to miss the beginning when I walked in. I also found out that the last bus at midnight was going to leave without several guests because he wanted to leave exactly at midnight, regardless of the fact that our best man asked him to wait--they went back and forth until our best man was able to get everyone on the shuttle.

After I found out from my guests what had happened, I contacted Classic Coach and was told to write a letter to our rep which she would respond to. She didn't respond and when I called her, she had not read my letter. My phone calls with her were very unproductive and she accused me of yelling at her. I did not. After such negative customer service, we told her that we would file a Better Business Bureau complaint against their company. As I filed the report, I found out that they had gotten an unsatisfactory rating from the BBB because they had failed to respond to any of them complaints filed against them. And they had 7 BBB complaints filed against them -- ranging from customer service to billing issues, etc.

I would strongly suggest that any bride looking for a shuttle service look elsewhere unless you want to deal with your guests arriving late and their rep treating you terribly.
