It was the perfect venue for our Northwest destination wedding! The architecture itself has that woodsy feel with Craftsman style lodgepole pine construction, high ceilings, walls of windows and glossy slate floor entrances. Iris Ballrooms 1 and 2 were plenty large to bring in a DJ, dance floor, buffet, bar, 15 round tables of 8 and the long bridal table. The room is tastefully appointed serving as an appropriate blank slate for your decorating imagination.

This is a good venue for you if you, firstly are on a budget, secondly wanting a kitchen for catering, thirdly having only like 50 guest, fourthly if you don't mind two options for bartending services, Lastly you might have to compromise a few things like a what you want to serve for catering forget having a private caterer for your private event unless its your family member serving your food, if you don't mind paying a little extra for event liability insurance with a few compromises in mind this place is perfect when you are on a budget and just want to create a memorable day!

Held a large event, using all rooms, with unusual "education competition" synergy requirements that challenges most locations. Keizer staff worked with us to setup Friday before - we had to rent some equipment, due to number and our event had very high tech use. We had some tech challenges, but not really surprising due to demand of event. Very nice space for our large event (approx 250 jr & sr high students at 52 tables, plus coaches, family, friends and public visitors, plus workshops). Their staff had problems being available for breakdown on a Saturday late afternoon (felt sorry for the staff that were there - they went above and beyond!). For a smaller event, or one of more conventional needs (conference, dinner, reception, etc.), would recommend it to anyone. Very nice location, and staff to work with; we challenged them, and they were gracious and did their best to make our event successful - which it was; we've out grown their space this year.
