Fantastic band and a joy to work with
Annie, our main point of contact, was a joy. She was communicative, quick to respond, and happy to accommodate our requests, from our likes and dislikes to specific song selections. Because the band had performed at our venue before (The Arctic Club Hotel), she knew the space well and even offered helpful recommendations on lighting.
Our guests loved them! Everyone raved about the music selection and how the band kept the energy up through every set. They were also great about playing the playlists we put together during their set breaks, so the dance floor never lost momentum.
For anyone budgeting, our total (around $7,700) covered the 8-piece reception band, the cocktail hour trio, ceremony audio, and uplighting. We felt it was great value for professional live music, which was a high priority for us.
We highly recommend Blue Wave Band to anyone looking for live music for their wedding.
