A truly amazing experience to work with CineCrown Wedding Photography. They made us feel incredibly comfortable and had such an eye for the shots they took. This review is only for Cinecrown's videography services. On May 26th, 2018, my wife and I got married. We had our ceremony in Dixon at the Olde Vets Hall and our reception at the New Happy Garden in Sacramento. After weeks of researching multiple videographers for our ridiculous 600 person wedding (yes, we really had 600 people for the reception), there was one clear company that stood out on top for the style of videography we were looking for, and that was Cinecrown. We wanted something that was romantic but also upbeat and energetic and this seemed to be the style of a lot of Cinecrown's short films.

Communication with Martin was really good. He's better at phone calls and text messages but will also respond to emails. On the big day, Martin and his partner, Quang shot our wedding and they did a great job. We had a wedding party of 8 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen and Cinecrown did a great job of capturing everyone. The thing about short films or videography is that it's not just about the shooting style, but more importantly, you need a great editor to put everything together. And this is another area that sets CineCrown apart from the rest of the other dozens of videographers we researched. If you compare Cinecrown's videos to most others, you'll notice that it's a lot more captivating and energetic, and that's what we wanted. Many people might not notice, but Martin also did a great job of actually directing us to be at certain positions, poses, and I'm sure that also helped our photographer as well.

To be honest, the price was over our budget, but the second we started looking at the actual cost of everything, it became apparent that a budget was just a joke. In any case, Cinecrown might cost a lot, but you get what you pay for and if it's for your wedding, that's a timeless video capturing all the emotions, actions, tears, laughter, joy and everything else in between, for forever. If you can afford it, go with Cinecrown, you won't regret it. In total, we spent about $6,000 and it included a short film, all the speeches, and a 1.5 hr wedding videography video. In the beginning, my thoughts about getting a videographer was that we just get an average videographer for a reasonable amount, but after reading some online posts, I started to see and understand that: 1)You'll probably only have one wedding (if all goes well), 2)Aside from a house,it may be the second most costliest thing you'll ever spend money on, and 3)It's going to go by in an instant and you're going to want to capture and relive it again in the future. So for all the money you're spending on everything else, just know that this is the one thing that you want to spend the extra money on so you can capture it for all that it is. The entire process from concept to final edit was a breeze and I couldn't be more relieved and happy with how our video turned out. Thank you CineCrown for being our photographer! We knew we wanted to work with them since our first meeting. They were the first vendor we hired during wedding planning and we locked them in before even securing a venue! Martin did our engagement shoots too and knew where to go for all the beautiful scenic shots.

Martin is always responsive and super knowledgeable of the wedding industry. I wished I consulted with Martin before hiring some of my other vendors. For example, when I told Martin I was having issues with my florist, he had alternative suggestions for me in a matter of minutes after I sent him a text. Being an experienced professional in the industry, he is able to give you great advice and recommendations.

On my wedding day, we met the rest of his team and absolutely loved them as well. Shout-out to his team Ming! He was so much fun, so full of energy and has a great eye for angles! He hung out with the groom during the day and there are so many amazing shots of the guys. My husband told me he felt like he was hanging out with a friend the whole time. Thanks Ming for being so awesome!

A wedding day can be super overwhelming with so many little details - Martin helped keep me stay organized and calm. He is also super hands on and happy to roll up his sleeves to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. Martin is a problem solver and takes matter into his own hands. My bouquet was in every shot afterwards and it looked 10x better than the original. I'm so glad he cared enough to fix it for me!

He also does all the little things - carried my train when my bridal attendant was MIA, helped the guys pin on their boutonnieres, helped my mom fix my necklace during tea ceremony, etc. These little things add up and I'm super grateful for his assistance.

We got all our photos back really quickly as well. Martin gave me over 2000 photos. When I asked for some additional edits on the formal photos, he did it without any protests and returned them all to me perfectly. I should also mention he was traveling out of town for a destination wedding most of the time - where does he find the time?!

For all future brides that are currently searching for a photographer and videographer... with CineCrown, you get so much more. I regret that i didn't book their video service also. I just have to say…WOW! Martin and his team did an absolutely amazing job with our wedding photos and videos! We got married at the Grand Island Mansion and since he’s photographed several weddings there prior, he was very knowledgeable about where the best shots were, where the sun would set, which rooms had the best lighting, etc. We also wanted someone who would be able to direct us, as well as friends and family as to how to pose and what looks best (we’re not professional models!) while making everyone feel comfortable at the same time. Martin was able to do just that and made sure everything was amazingly picturesque.

The photos and video footage turned out absolutely remarkable! Even when we wanted slight alterations done such as changes to background music or other parts of the videos, Martin was more than accommodating and completed what we wanted without hesitation.

There aren't enough amazing things I can say about CineCrown and his team for wedding and commercial filmmaking and video in the bay and Sacramento. I was searching for a videographer a few months before our wedding and like any couple, my husband and I wanted to stay within our budget without compromising quality.
