This Vendor is terrible. We had a big family picture taken over the holidays. She came late, was unprepared with no helpers for lighting etc. The quality of the pictures provided is the same or worse than we could have done ourselves and the development is worse than I get at Costco. Communication is next to non existent, she did crop the pictures the way we asked, and she has not delivered a BIG picture to my in-laws that they have paid for and will not respond to their repeated requests. A bad experience the whole way around. Don't get scammed like we did.
