I was beyond amazed with the quality of the wedding cake Christopher made. Not only was it gorgeous but also delicious. We still have guests raving about it months after the wedding!!

We loved our custom cake. Not only was it beautiful, but it was also delicious. We got the lemon/raspberry flavor and it was wonderful. We received so many compliments about our cake. It was expensive, but you get what you pay for... A work of art!

What can I say except... He's worth every $$$. Let them eat cakes has the BEST cakes in town. WELL ANYWHERE!! And believe me when I say we shopped around. Christopher has been on the hit T.V. Show (Fabulous cakes on TLC) He's the best in the business and worth every $$. His cakes are like art (Masterpieces) and they taste incredible too. We couldn't have made a better choose then "Let them eat cake". You guys ROCK!!

OK, I think our wedding cake is a special case because it's going to be featured on the show "Amazing Wedding Cakes" on the WE network. We went to Christopher Garren, the owner of Let Them Eat Cake, and told him that we were having a Steampunk themed wedding (Victorian with touches of science fiction, like Jules Verne and H.G. Wells) and Christopher understood immediately. "Oh, like Jules Verne and H.G. Wells?" was what he actually said, I think. :) We gave Christopher some pictures and images from the internet that evoked our theme, and he and his team started working on a sketch that blew our minds when we saw it. Then, the show "Amazing Wedding Cakes" which routinely features the work of Let Them Eat Cake, asked us if they could film our cake and wedding, and my husband and I, of course, agreed! Long story short, we ended up with the single most amazing, creative, wonderful, mind-blowing wedding cake I've ever seen! I couldn't say enough wonderful things about the team at Let Them Eat Cake!

If i could reccommend one of my venues it would be Let Them Eat Cake. I had the most immaculate cake! I felt like a celebrity!! Lindsay made my cake a did a wonderful job. Everyone was so blown away by how gorgeous my cake was. It tasted incredible! Everyone should get their cake from this venue- especially created my Lindsay! I told her what i had in mind and she came up with a gorgeous sketch and an even more gorgeous cake! My flavors where Mango/Passion Fruit and Chocolate fudge. It was truly the best thing i have ever tasted!!

I have only good things to say about Let Them Eat Cake. They only create custom cakes so I gave them a list of my favorite design elements and they came up with a sketch for me and let me make whatever changes I needed. We got to try two different cakes for our trial and they were excellent...we were eating the samples for a couple of days and had our maid of honor, best man, and my parents try it too. They were even really flexible when our guest count dropped by 100 people. Instead of creating a whole other cake they just did 2 layers in styrofoam. I barely got any cake the day of but people seemed to really enjoy it. We have the top layer in our fridge and it still tastes good after being frozen for 3 weeks!!!

Considering I practically had a free wedding cake with my reception for my wedding, when I came across Let Them Eat Cake, without a doubt I wanted that no matter what. I went to the shop several times buying their mini cakes to try all the flavors and did a cake tasting too. Hands down, they provide exceptional flavors and the cake quality itself is top notch. I wish I could have had at least two or three various samples of art work for my design, but there was some push back and when I asked for a 2nd design, it wasn't any different other than how they cut the cake. The first design was good so I was pleased with my selection, but I expected to have some real choices to begin with. I took 1/2 a point off for that. There was some art work design on the cake which by the sketch, was amazing. When I saw the cake in live, the art work had a smeared look and it wasn't perfect like I had seen in other pictures. Perhaps after the 3rd hour of not being refrigerated made the ink or whatever they used being to drop making the smeared effect. I'll know when I get my photographer photos back since he took pictures of it way before I got to see it. That was another 1/2 off for me in the quality. Overall, the cake was amazing and unique. My guests loved it and the flavors (Mai Tai & Chocolate Grand Marnier w/ Oranges) were unique and delicious. No one could say they have had it before or seen it before and that is what I wanted. It may be pricey, but you get what you pay for and definitely worth it if you value creativity, art and fine food.

The most amazing wedding cake!! Exactly what we wanted. The flowers on the top of the cake were sugar....looked so perfect, we thought they were real. Best looking and tasting cake...hands down!!

The cake was great. It was little pricey though.

Selecting a cake vendor was an interesting process. We are happy with the beautiful cake design and it was delicious. The cake was very pricey.
