I had serious anxiety about finding a photographer for our wedding. I remember finding Christie and looking through her pictures and being in complete awe over how beautiful they were. I messaged her with my fingers crossed she wasn't already booked and within 30 minutes she responded. I knew immediately that was the type of person I wanted on my team! Her and I clicked right away on our first phone call together and she eased all of my anxiety that I had. We had our engagement shoot short after and I was blown away not only by the beauty of the pictures she took but by the way she helped my husband and I relax and feel comfortable in front of the camera. Fast forward to our wedding day this past September. I remember being so excited for her to arrive at our venue and I kept telling everyone all about her and how much they'd love her. I felt such a sense of relief when she arrived because I knew how her presence made me feel so comfortable on such a crazy day. Christie was with us all day and her energy never once faded. She was truly on a mission to get the best pictures and did it with a smile on her face the entire time, even when one of my husband's groomsmen was being huge pain in the ass during our bridal party pictures (there's always someone, right?!). Not only was she our photographer but she helped facilitate the evening as well. During our cake cutting, we had no idea what we were supposed to do, and Christie was right there to walk us through it. We did sunset pictures across the street and then a private last dance at the end of the night both of which Christie got some amazing pictures of. We received our sneak peak pictures after we got home from our honeymoon and it was such a great surprise. I was STUNNED when I saw them. I was so blown away by all the moments that she captured that day. You're so busy on your wedding, you have no chance to absorb the beauty of the day so seeing it in her pictures was such an amazing feeling. We received all of our pictures recently and made an entire night of it just going through them. We laughed and cried tears of pure joy while looking at them. I have not a single clue how I'm supposed to narrow them down to make a wedding album!

Without any doubt, Christie was the best choice we made when planning our wedding. I have nothing but amazing things to say about her and will forever recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer.

When I think of Christie, my heart immediately feels full - what an absolutely lovely human, and what an absolutely incredible photographer. From the first email she sent me, I knew I'd hire her, and honestly wanted to be friends with her. Warmth and joy just emanate from her, and that warmth and joy extended to our wedding day. To start, she was a joy to work with, and very communicative. She was the only photographer I talked to who specifically mentioned back-up plans in case something should happen to her (Covid, car accident, etc.) on our wedding day, and who mentioned how our photos are backed up and securely stored. Her thoroughness and professionalism really made an impression, and I asked her to photograph our wedding that very day. I ended up spending more on photography than I had initially budgeted for, but I can honestly say it was 1000% worth it, and I now have a better understanding of how much good photography actually costs. There is a difference, and as far as photography goes, I actually thing Christie's pricing is very reasonable for the incredibly high quality of her work.
I was pretty nervous about being photographed so much, because I don't think of myself as being photogenic. I am a curvy girl, and almost all wedding photographer portfolio's have only very thing women, so it was hard for me to imagine looking as beautiful as they did. I literally cried when Christie sent the photos, because my first thought was "Oh my gosh, I look beautiful." The photos are more beautiful than I could have even imagined. More than that, Christie (and her second photographer Ally), captured the joy and silliness of the day. When I looked at the photos, all the feelings of the wedding day came back in the most beautiful way. We had to move our wedding up due to my mom's serious illness, a fact Christie knew - she took so many beautiful photos of my mom, with me, with our family, and I treasure them immensely.
Christie and Ally really added to our wedding day because of how fun and engaging they were. They played games while taking photos, keeping everyone genuinely laughing and having a great time. Christie will forever be remembered as one of the best parts of our wedding, hands down. She has too many invaluable people/human skills to want to objectify her, but if I were forced, I’d say she would easily be considered one of the best (if not THE best) investments we made for the wedding. Our wedding party and guests have even made similar comments. I will recommend her to anyone ever looking for photographer needs for the rest of my life. I actually hope she’s into newborn photoshoots, because I’ll be reaching out for our next photography need 😂
Christie was easy to feel comfortable with getting personal from the first phone conversation, which allowed her to have the best idea of what I was looking for and how to work with us best. She also recommended our videographer and we were very happy with his work as well (Zach Sowers). They even worked together to get the most beautiful floating veil shot I’ve ever seen - if it doesn’t win awards, I may have to start a protest- it’s that good. The end results are more than we could have wished for and I had very high expectations from the start regarding photography. I’ve already ordered >30 metal prints for around our house because these photos deserved to be looked at for a long long time! Thank you for capturing our day so exquisitely, we are forever grateful! And thank you for fitting in with our kind of strange so easily- it made the process all the better!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Christie. Her skills are truly top notch. She makes daunting the process of taking a million pictures feel like breeze. She coaches you through different scenarios or poses that might feel a little bizarre at the time, but gives you the most amazing photos. Christie is so friendly and charismatic and brings an amazing sense of calm to one of the most stressful days. She is very organized and professional, and always responds to questions quickly. Christie is the absolute best photographer to work with and who also happens to capture amazing moments with ease. She met us outside of Philadelphia for our beautiful engagement spot (her suggestion) and then for our wedding day in Hallam, PA. Before we met Christie we were not the couple to take a ton of pictures. HOWEVER, Christie made us feel so comfortable from the beginning and made everything fun. She knew how to pose us that made our pictures look natural and not look posed. We are not naturals in front of a camera, but with her guidance and abilities it looked like we were! We enjoyed every moment! She was incredibly efficient for our wedding day helping to build our timeline for photos, that it left us plenty of time to enjoy the day with our family and friends. Afterwards sitting and looking at our photos there are moments that I did not even know happened as a bride that she captured and knew would be special to me.
