We had the chocolate raspberry mousse cake for our wedding as we do not like traditional cake with frosting. It was absolutely delicious and we look forward to thawing the leftovers out on our anniversary. The cake was reasonably priced and the staff extremely helpful. Thank you!

Chocolate Springs did a wonderful job on our wedding cake. We did not want anything extravagant or over the top, however other than that we left it fairly open to interpretation. They created a delicious and tasteful 3 tiered chocolate cake with vanilla butter cream frosting and subtle decoration. It was perfectly understated and without a single fault. They put it together meticulously during the wedding ceremony and then stayed to make sure that it would be perfect for the cake cutting. It was impeccable service! My husband and I don’t even like cake, but we were eating this one for days. Highly recommended!

Joshua Needleman's creations at Chocolate Springs are out of this world. His passion for what he does is clear when you experience the quality of his products. We opted for a dessert buffet with a selection of his various cakes, cookies and biscotti. People raved about how delicious the desserts were. We also had a small cake for cutting. He does large, more traditional wedding cakes as well. Chocolate Springs is heaven. The people there are fabulous to work with.
