I believe every person has a story worth telling. And every wedding has a love story worth captureing and sharing. I focus on capturing the day as it is, not as it "was supposed to be." Often, the most precious moments of a wedding day are the moments between "the moments." I strive to capture the essense of a couple's story, family and vision on their wedding day. Long after the flowers fade and the food has been consumed, there will only be the visual and media representations of your wedding day left to take you back to those moments.

Let me tell your story... the planned and the unplanned parts of it because it is all beautiful and all worth documenting and remembering for generations to come.

I do not consider myself a traditional photographer, but rather a contemporary, relational photographer with a documentary flare. When there is the need or desire for posed, traditional shots, I will often coach the couple on where and how to start their pose and then encourage them to "just be" and capture the raw emotion that evolves... from intimacy and stolen kisses to playfulness and laughter. Its all part of the story.

I strive to bring a sense of calmness and peace to those I am around on the wedding day,especially the bride and groom. I firmly believe the two most important vendors a couple should choose are their photographer and wedding planner because of the amount of personal contact and connection needed. I meet with each couple beforehand to ensure a personal and comfortable connection outside the wedding day. I have been known to take on the role of wedding coordinator, event director, chief flower deliverer, water and food caterer and whatever else is needed in the heat of the moment.
