WOW! We had our tasting yesterday and let me just say it was amazing. Chef Tony was very professional and timely. The food was outstanding! Chef Tony gave us several meals to choose from for our tasting. We left stuffed and excited about our event.

Tony truly cares about his food. The love and attention he puts into the flavors is impeccable. The ingredients are fresh and the service food taste just like the tasting! If you want wedding food that isnt boring and has your guest wanting more than one plate then HIRE CHEF TONY. If ever I need a caterer I will definitely call on him!

The event with Chefs Like it Hot catering was a disaster. We used for a banquet not a wedding. They came completely unprepared for an event for 275 people. They handed out 6 oz bottles of water instead of pouring into a glass. They did not have enough glasses, plates or flatware. They set two of our tables with plastic cups and silverware. This was a formal banquet. Over 30 guests had to step up to serve. Over half the guests had empty glasses most of the night. They ran out of tea/water. Several tables weren't served dessert. They even set the silverware place setting wrong. If you have catered large events you at the very least should know how to set a table. BEWARE!! He tried to make excuses that we didn't tell him this/that. He tried to say that we had more than we told him which we individually checked everyone in that evening and even had 8 less than anticipated. He complained that we wouldn't let him set up a buffet of appetizers instead of him placing on the table, etc. But it was made clear to him before the event that the appetizers were to be placed on each table. I have text and emails to prove this. He tried to blame us for the disorganization. Any experienced caterer makes sure they ask the questions they need to prior to and event and comes to the event completely prepared. My biggest fear is that he do this to someones else's special event. That is the only reason I am writing this review. I was deeply saddened by it all as was the rest of our group. I really believed in him. He is very convincing. This is my 8th year serving on the committee that hosts this banquet. In those 8 years I have never worked with a more unprofessional caterer. HUGE lesson learned.
