So happy that we found Chef Mark's Palate for our wedding! Mark and Jodi were not only professional and provided amazing food catered to our tastes and more importantly our budget, they were also extremely personable and just down to earth people. They accommodated a backyard reception with high quality, provided extra, separate food for the next day, and interacted beautifully with our guests. They even went out of their way to serve dessert, which they did not make, just another extra gesture. Thank you!

Chef Mark was the first and only thought for our catering. Being the first to cater a large event at the new venue of The new Westmoreland Museum, everything was flawless. We had several chef-manned stations and passed hors d'oeuvres that went above and beyond what we could have imagined. He and his team were able to create 3 different food stations that we had never experienced at a wedding before. We wanted to give ourselves and our guests a food experience they would not forget, and a month later we are still getting compliments on the food.
We were lucky enough to have a table of hors d'oeuvres for just the bridal party when we arrived before our entrance to be sure we ate (because you never have enough time!) which was icing on the cake of our wedding meal experience.
Speaking of cake... Chef Mark also did our ice sculpture cake with cheesecake cake pops that blew our guests minds! We could have had an additional 50-100 cake pops beyond what we ordered!
We love going to Chef Mark's Palate for meals, and we were so happy to share that with our guests!
When I read a previous post that said he is an artist and visionary, I could not agree more!

My favorite vendor used for the wedding was Chef Mark's Palate!! The food was always high class exquisite, and better than I could have expected. Also, his wife even did bridal hair and makeup for many of us. Incredible experience!
