Fantastic Wedding!

I had my wedding in April here and it was the most magical night of my life. Although my wedding was one of their first large events, everything went so smoothly and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me and the 180+ guests. There wasn't a single hiccup in the day. The communication/planning with the venue coordinators was incredibly easy and seamless. The venue itself is absolutely stunning with endless photo opportunities. I cannot recommend this venue enough! My guests were commenting on how wonderful the evening was and the gorgeous venue for weeks after the wedding. You will be in great hands between all the staff and the wonderful owners of the venue who will ensure you have a perfect event.

Amazing Photoshoot Experience for our Marketing Campaign!

I recently had a fantastic photo shoot at Chateau Nouvelle and I cannot RAVE about this establishment ENOUGH. The new owners have completely turned this place around and for the better.

Since the new ownership was established this past fall, the owners have painted the entire building, revamped the landscaping and have added some AMAZING new fixtures and upgrades to this venue (to say the least)!!!

If I was getting married and did not run away to the beach, I would absolutely choose Chateau Nouvelle. I actually hosted my daughter's 5th birthday party here and this venue holds a special place in my heart. I would be doing a disservice by not sharing a positive, honest, heartfelt review.

The new team is also AMAZING and the owners are hitting the ground running with this place. It's so exciting to see God blessing Chateau Nouvelle with such wonderful people, positive vibes and great energy.

I believe that any client that books this venue will have nothing short of a SPECTACULAR wedding day.

Thank you so much Chateau Nouvelle for your amazing hospitality during our marketing campaign photoshoot, ya'll are truly wonderful, keep up the great work!

I had my wedding reception at Chateau Cocomar and it was everything I ever dreamed of thanks to my coordinator, Jenika! It was a Pakistani wedding so I had a lot of special requests due to the culture, but Jenika was very catering towards each request and very helpful. Chateau Cocomar is a perfect wedding venue for any bride looking to have a fairytale wedding with no stress! Jenika did everything throughout the planning process to make sure it was stress-free for me. On the day of, I had Jenika and Joanne as my coordinators- they worked great together! My wedding reception went so smoothly that all of my bridesmaids and guests were commenting on how great the event was and that without Jenika and Joanne, they wouldn't have been able to fully enjoy it! All of my vendors also commented on how sweet and kind Jenika was to work with. Jenika truly takes care of her brides with great sincerity. Chateau Cocomar's team treats each bride with great respect and care and they make sure that you are happy every step of the way. The beauty of the venue speaks for itself, but the coordinators are what make the venue worthwhile :)

Chateau Cocomar and our lovely coordinator Lorena made our dream wedding come true. Planning from thousands of miles away was a challenge but having Lorena as our coordinator kept us at ease during the whole process. From our first visit Lorena was on it! She explained all in detail and never left anything out. Our questions were answered before we asked and her attention to detail was impeccable. Her contact with vendors, recommendations and overall knowledge made our experience at Cocomar everything and more than we expected. I feel with a lot of venues you get hidden costs and extras become a huge add on but we felt everything was crystal clear. On our big day we were behind schedule but Lorena and her assistant Ashley were total rock stars! There were a lot of small details we forgot but as soon as we arrived Lorena made sure everything was perfect! All of our vendors were taken care of, the suites were beautifully set up with everything we needed and her calm pleasant attitude made us feel much better than when we arrived. We were a couple of lost puppies with a huge to do list and she made it all happen with grace. I have never seen magic worked like this. Our guests were so pleased with how well Lorena ran the show and we couldn't be more thankful for her. The venue is obviously gorgeous but the team and staff is what made our wedding day the best day of our life! Thank you again for everything. We will forever be grateful for this amazing, unforgettable time.

This is a service that is available at our venue. We signed up for last month coordination. We are incredibly happy at our decision. Our coordinator was Jenika Gonzales, who happened to be the person we met the first time we visited Cocomar. She is actually a big reason why we chose our venue. Throughout the vendor/venue choosing process, we realized that aside from obvious things to consider, such as location, price, services...etc, one of the most important aspect is the person you're going to be working with. And I, personally, feel incredibly lucky to have Jenika as my go to person during the planning process.

She is incredibly patient, understanding and flexible throughout the process. She was absolutely unfazed by any questions and requests, be they feasible or nonfeasible. Anyone who can withstand the degree of questions from my mother is someone worthy of the Nobel Peace Prize, and definitely someone worth working with. In addition, she was incredibly flexible for our meetings meetings and was very accommodating to schedule meetings after hours over phone and faceTime, given my horrible work schedule. She is very detail oriented. We are incredibly happy about our wedding day, and feel so relieved that we have Jenika there to coordinate the details, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy our day. Chateau Cocomar is probably the classiest and most private venue in Texas that we have found and the interior spaces allow you to put together whatever kind of function you'd like from an intimate wedding to a massive family gathering, it's a very nice canvas and price-wise fairly competitive with other significant venues. The only drawback is the approved vendor list is a bit restrictive.

If you choose to use the Cocomar ladies for planning services Lorena is the best. We feel so lucky to have had her in the last few weeks prior to my wedding. She is not only kind and caring, but also extremely helpful when you share any difficulties/concerns that you might have and will do the best she can to help you achieve everything that you have planned for your wedding.
She keeps everything on point and will remind you during the day of everything you asked for. She's always available to help you with everything from little details to vendor arrangements.

Cocomar may or may not be the venue for you but Lorena should be your planner!

Jenika is an amazing planner! My husband and I got so overwhelmed with planning at first, we just really had no idea where to start then we decided to go with a planning package at cocomar. She made everything so easy for us! Not only that but when I explained what I wanted and didn't want she made it all happen. With the wedding industry sometimes you just feel like any other bride, there was one before you and there will be one after you but I didn't. My wedding and every detail mattered just as much as anyone else's here. Thats what every bride deserves when planning her wedding day, I really felt like nothing was impossible. Also the day of my wedding was so stress free! I literally didn't have to worry about anything except looking pretty and saying "I do" thanks to Jenika. She made my wedding planning hassle free and my wedding day ran so smoothly, even if there were any bumps I had no idea.

When I got engaged, I knew that I wanted to be married at Chateau Cocomar! My fiance, family and I were blown away by the beauty of the venue after our first tour and we knew there was nowhere else we would rather have our wedding and reception!! The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff is amazing! We worked with Jenika and she was just AWESOME!! Jenika is incredibly organized, detail orientated, patient and caring. She made sure every detail was covered while maintaining a calm, collected and sweet disposition. This was very important to me because I have encountered wedding planners (in the past) that have caused my chaos that calm in my opinion.

Our guests were simply floored by the beauty of Chateau Cocomar!! It has been three weeks since our wedding and people can't stop talking about how much fun they had and how beautiful the venue was.

The quality of service, responsiveness and professionalism are worth every dollar! We had the wedding of our dreams at Chateau Cocomar and will treasure those memories for a lifetime!!

Jenika and Amanda are THE BEST! I purchased the month-out coordination package. We met 3 times in those last 5 weeks. Jenika created THE MOST DETAILED timeline EVER! I LOVED IT! She also made sure all of my vendors and bridal party received the timeline. At that month-out point, Jenika took over the communication with the vendors; this helped tremendously! Amanda was our go-to person for payment. She was extremely helpful. She also has a great sense of humor; which came into play at some stressful situations. She was always able to ease any tension and make everyone feel comfortable. My mother-in-law paid for the alcohol, and my parents paid for everything else. Amanda generously helped make separate invoices for our parents. There were a couple times when I started to really feel the stress of wedding planning, and Jenika and Amanda were so calming and reassuring. They helped me smooth out anything I was concerned about, and ultimately, they played a CRUCIAL role in making my wedding day absolutely perfect! Both of the Cocomar ladies were extremely professional, yet they were very down to earth and relatable. I instantly felt like I knew them and could ask for help with anything! They responded to texts and email the same day. They were also very flexible in setting up appointments. They helped me work around my teacher schedule and made it possible to not miss any work! I HIGHLY recommend using the Cocomar Ladies for your planning!!

Karen and her staff were amazing to work with. They helped me and my daughter plan her dream wedding. Katie had never looked more beautiful or happy than she did on her wedding day! They made the planning painless right down to the last detail. The vendors they recommended were fabulous also. We would definitely recommend and use Chateau Cocomar again!

We had just provided DJ/MC & lighting services for a wedding there on July 28, 2017 and it DID live up to the hype that people had told me about it. When people tell you this place is GORGEOUS, they are not lying one bit. From the artwork details to the marble floors, it is AMAZING! When we added in our uplighting, I was honestly a little worried that it might take away from the beauty of the venue, but it did not one bit. It just further helped the beauty out, in my opinion. The coordinator, Jenika Gonzales and her team, were on point all night long to ensure the wedding went off without a hitch. It was so great working with all of the vendors that we did that night. If you are still searching for the venue that will separate you from all of your friends with all of the rustic venues in the Houston area, just choose Chateau Cocomar and you will NOT regret it one bit! We look forward to more weddings here in the future!
