We had such a great experience with Queen City Transportation. I feel like finding reliable transportation for our wedding guests had been so hard. One of the places we contacted wanted thousands of dollars to rent a shuttle. The other rented to us, then contacted us back and said they wouldn't be able to do it after all. But from the moment we began working with Queen City, everything was great. Anissa was very quick to get back to us. The rates were SO affordable. I had to change my schedule a couple of times, and they were always so accommodating. On the day of our wedding, our driver was friendly, professional, prompt and patient. We were so grateful to be able to provide safe transportation to our wedding guests, and we would recommend Queen City Transportation to any local bride and groom!

We had a wedding party of 20 people and would be pushing fitting in a limo. This is without anyones spouses... We looked at different options for larger sizes and here is what we found.. The charter bus we booked was air conditioning, had bathroom, and carried close to 50 people... and all for 50$ more than the cheapest limo we could find. There are no complaints on the service and all our friends and guests go to travel- so naturally...we are very pleased!

I gave Charter Bus Service a 1 out of 5 because they created major problems on my wedding day. We hired this company to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the wedding ceremony. They were supposed to make two trips from the hotel to the ceremony and this was laid out in our contract. We also had covered the details of the day several times with the company. However, the bus company only made one trip from the hotel to the ceremony causing at least 25 of our guests to miss the first 15 minutes of our ceremony. (Not to mention the money our guests losts by having to hire taxis). To make matters worse several of the guests were parents of members of the bridal party and several were out of town guests. It breaks my heart that some very close friends and family members missed me walking down the aisle. Of all the vendor choices I made for my wedding day this is the only one that I regret.
