Mary Willow was wonderful for our horse services for our Indian Baraat! She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process and offered us a wide selection of decorative attire for our horse prior to the wedding! She was even able to provide an Indian sword to us for the Baraat! On the day of the wedding, she was timely and professional, and the horse remained calm despite loud music and dancing surrounding! We really enjoyed working with Mary and would highly recommend her to everyone!!!

We had an amazing experience with Willow Wind at our wedding! We selected the white vis-a-vis carriage with Butch as our fearless horse :) I rode in for a grand entrance before walking down the aisle. It was just like a fairy tale! Our guests absolutely loved it, especially since many of them had a chance to ride in the carriage just as the bride and groom did. Adults and children loved the experience the same. Mary and the buggy driver dressed the part, which made the experience even more magical. I would definitely recommend hiring them for your wedding or special event. We even used one of our wedding pics with the horse and carriage as our "Thank You" card as everyone loved that moment and we wanted them to have something to always remember it. So much fun!! They were fantastic! On time, professional and even helped us find a different venue when it rained on our wedding day! Also, since they had recently sold the limo (14 passenger regular limo) I had signed up for I got a free upgrade to their new limo a 16 passenger Excursion! They were incredible to work with and if I ever have a need for a limo again I will definitely be calling them.

We rented their limo as bridal party transportation from the ceremony to pictures to the reception. Our driver was great! The water was much needed after being outside for pictures so that was a plus. My whole bridal party loved the experience of being in a limo and it was nice to not have to worry about how everyone was going to get to the various places. The limo was extremely affordable and definitely worth it to us! Will use again if needed for other events!

We had a great experience with Willowwind for our wedding day transportation - the bridesmaids and I had booked a van one-way from the hotel to the venue, and we had also booked buses to shuttle our guests between the hotel and venue. the service was friendly and prompt, and the vehicles were clean. We were especially appreciative that everyone arrived on time despite the rain! We would definitely recommend Willowwind to anyone we know in Columbus who needs transportation for an event

This place is incredibly accommodating. We were getting married 30 miles south of Columbus, and after procrastinating, I couldn't find a limo service available to us in the immediate area. Luckily, another vendor recommended Willow Wind to us. They were willing to drive from Springfield to our destination, about an hour commute, without charging us! Our driver, Greg, showed up ten minutes early and patiently waited while we gathered our wedding party. The interior was clean, and we were given a smooth ride to both of our destinations. After Greg brought us to our final destination an hour before our time was up, he suggested taking us to get something to eat (after overhearing how hungry we were!), which really impressed me. He could have gone home an hour early but decided we needed to get our moneys' worth. I highly recommend WW for limousine service. They also offer carriage rides around Columbus!

We used Willow Wind for our wedding transportation. We were very impressed with their punctuality, the limo was nice and clean, and the driver (Terry) was very professional and helpful. They were the highlight of my wedding!!! Beautiful, beautiful and I couldn't wait to ride. Very professional and on time. No bride should be without a horse and carriage! Highly recommended!

Willow Wind did an amazing job, all of my guests found it very easy using their shuttle buses. They had really good deals if you rent their vehicles for a long time which worked out well for us because we had a large wedding party so we were able to use the same limo/shuttle bus for our wedding party and then later for guest transportation. The drivers were very friendly and everything went really smoothly getting guests to our reception and getting everyone back to the hotels at the end.

I booked this company for my wedding, however, they did not show up on my wedding day. I had been in constant contact with the owners Terry and Mary in the weeks before the wedding and everything seem to be fine. I was told that Terry would be the driver for my wedding and I sent them all of the details including phone numbers for my venue coordinator as well as my photographer. On the day of my wedding while I was out taking pictures with my husband, 35 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time (1:45) Terry called my cell phone (1:09) to tell me they had no driver for me and there would be no bus arriving. Of course I did not have my cell phone with me and did not receive the call. The entire wedding party was dressed and waiting for the bus when we finally called to learn that there would be no bus. Terry only made ONE phone call to try and get a hold of me and did not call any of the other numbers I supplied them with to try and give me some type of heads up. Needless to say I was very upset and it really put a damper on my day. In my opinion I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!
