It was my pleasure to work with Charlie and his team this past weekend and I was impressed by their attention, their professionalism and how quickly the post ceremony pictures were done. Great job!

I've worked events with charlie from bridal, boudoir, engagement to maternity he is 100% professional. I have personally seen him go way above and beyond for clients. Now that I am getting married I personally couldn't imagine anyone else photographing my wedding. I think the only thing I look forward to almost as much as vowing to spend the rest of my life with my best friend is seeing what magic Charlie Brown captures with his camera. I'm so excited to have booked with Charlie I couldn't help but wright an early review and give him 5 stars. Because I know when it comes down to my wedding day I will have so much to worry about the fact that I can rest assure I have the most amazing photographer in the area will ease my mind more than you could ever imagine.

Our experience with our wedding photographer was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately I cannot recommend his services.
While we were happy with the photos themselves, the communication and follow-through after our wedding were unacceptable.
Our contract included a wedding album, a USB drive with our photos, and a guest book. Seven months after our wedding, we still had not received the album or USB, and our guest book had been forgotten about until a couple days before our wedding so I was having to take extra time out of wedding preparation to ensure this was completed. My husband and I reached out multiple times over the course of several months asking for updates.
When we finally addressed the missing items, the photographer agreed that we should receive a refund for the album and USB. However, despite agreeing to the refund, he would never commit to when or how he would actually repay us. I even offered to wait six weeks and accept partial payments to make it easier, but he would not agree to any repayment plan.
When I explained that I wanted to wait and see if he would follow through on the refund before posting an honest review of our experience, he accused me of being rude and slanderous. I have screenshots of our conversations, and they show that I remained respectful throughout the entire process. At no point did I threaten him or make false statements—I simply wanted him to honor what he had agreed to.
What was most frustrating was being told that the reason we had not received our album or USB was because we had not followed up enough. That simply isn’t true. Both my husband and I contacted him numerous times over several months asking about the missing items.
Wedding photography is one of the most important investments you’ll make because these are memories you can never recreate. Professionalism, communication, and honoring your contract are just as important as taking beautiful photos. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
Based on the lack of communication, failure to deliver contracted items, and failure to follow through on the agreed refund, I cannot recommend this photographer.
