We would highly recommend Charleston Bay Gourmet for your event. We had our daughters wedding catered by Irv, the owner and chef, Kieran the coordinator and Patrick the manager. The food was EXCEPTIONAL. They met us at Al Hambra venue and helped us understand the process from start to finish.

From the moment we first contacted this vendor until the actual on site catering service we have had nothing but quality service and food. All of our guests were raving about the taste of the food and the setup and delivery was also superb!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Charleston Bay Gourmet. Simply put, the food was amazing!! We are still getting compliments on ALL of the food – definitely the BBQ and the fried chicken, but also the fried green tomatoes, boiled peanuts, mac and cheese, green beans, and deviled eggs. Grace was amazing to work with for the year we were planning our wedding. She was very flexible in helping fit into our budget, as well as giving recommendations based on her expertise. Grace was very familiar with our venue, so her advice was really invaluable as we planned our wedding and did our floor plans. We chose to do ice cream sundaes as our dessert, and they handled the presentation and storage of the ice cream and toppings without a second thought. We felt incredibly well taken care of during the whole process, but especially in the days leading up to the wedding. The weekend of the wedding, Chris, Shawn, and John G made it apparent that we were in good hands and ensured us that everything would go smoothly – and it went perfectly! Shawn even texted us with positive weather updates the morning of the wedding as the day went from rainy to perfect! The bartenders and servers were all great and handled all of our guests and clean-up with ease. By the end of the wedding, we felt like family. They were more than a caterer and really went above and beyond our expectations in making sure everything went well.

We had the pleasure of working with Grace and the great team at Charleston Bay Gourmet who catered both our Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception! We wanted to have a delicious Lowcountry food at our Lowcountry wedding and CBG was the perfect choice. Not only was Grace a joy to work with and put our worries at ease, they worked great with our other vendors and coordinated a fantastic overall experience...but most importantly, the FOOD WAS TO DIE FOR!!! Thank y'all for making our day/night exactly what we wanted!
