Definitely the most kind people I have ever dealt with. Jorden was so patient and understanding. Sooo happy I went here for my wedding. Beautiful location!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

Chapel Hill comes off as a beautiful venue but please be aware of everything that comes with it... After signing the contract and paying the down payment many of the things mentioned that came with the venue became unavailable. She gave us a number and pricing for a linen provider which later stopped working with them and we had to buy all our linens, their caterer up and left and we had to go with one that wasn’t associated with the venue which of course was more money, and the bed and breakfast that the groomsmen were all going to stay in the night before just happened to go under construction without any notification. They acted as if this wasn’t a big deal and responded by saying we could use the locker rooms. We went back to look at the locker rooms and they resemble a dungeon high school locker room. To go along with those problems… There was the fact that at our rehearsal dinner (in the wine cellar at chapel hill) we were told we couldn’t run a tab so everyone was paying cash but at the end somehow a tab of 450 dollars was ran up. Then comes the wedding day. We were promised golf carts to take pictures out on the course but the day of the wedding it was like pulling teeth to get them. They also shut down our reception an hour early not because of anything faulted by us or our guests. We paid for an extra hour and when they shut everything down early and called last call they stole money from the guests at the bar. Numerous guests informed me later that they had already paid for drinks and were waiting for them to come when they called last call and refused to give out any more drinks even to the people that had paid and were waiting. Our DJ and photo booth people were cut an hour short of what we had paid them because the reception ended an hour early. All in all there were so many things that we shouldn’t have had to deal with on wedding day and I would highly suggest avoiding all the extra nonsense that comes with this place.
