About

Central Virginia Wine Tours & Transportation, fully licensed and insured is centrally based in Orange, Virginia. A chauffeur will arrive at your desired location and escort you to the vineyard(s), brewery, airport, wedding venue of your choice. Our vehicles accommodate passengers (6 passenger, 14 passenger, 18 and 20 passenger and a new 25 passenger Shuttle Bus added to our fleet Feb 2019) and also include use of an music hook up, TV’s, leather seats and much more. Fully licensed and insured, our fleet of vehicles and professional drivers are here to provide you a safe, reliable, and personable experience.

Amazing vendor for wedding transportation!

Central VA Wine Tours & Transportation was a great vendor to work with for our wedding at a winery in Lovingston! Jenny was excellent with communication and helped me figure out the perfect transportation package based on our guest estimate. They had never visited our venue before, so I shared a video of us driving up the steep gravel driveway, and they assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem for their vehicles. Jenny helped me and my wedding day coordinator with the timeline, and the buses arrived promptly from a hotel in Charlottesville. Our guests enjoyed the buses and said their drivers were really nice. We couldn’t recommend this company more!

Perfect transportation for our wedding weekend!

Central VA Wine Tours & Transportation was a great vendor to work with! Stephen and Jenny were both great communicators and so easy to work with. They helped us create the best transportation package for our wedding weekend that really fit our needs. Throughout the weekend, all drivers were professional and friendly.

Wedding transportation - highly recommend!

We worked with Jenny and Stephen to put together a fantastic transportation plan for our wedding day. From driving around the wedding party to making sure that every guest got picked up from our various hotels and got home safety at the end of the night, Jenny, Stephen, and our drivers were great to work with. We highly recommend anyone looking for Charlottesville/Somerset shuttle logistics to work with Central VA Wine Tours!

Reliable, Flexible, and Friendly

These guys were great! Leading up to the wedding day, they were responsive and organized. We had booked three vehicles consisting of two large shuttles and an SUV; the shuttles picked up family and friends staying downtown with the groom while the SUV picked up a few people from our house to take everyone to our venue in Barboursville. Probably like most weddings, my/the bride's side of the wedding party was running a little late getting ready. All vehicles arrived early to their assigned locations and we requested last-minute they hold the two large shuttles downtown so guests didn't arrive too early to our venue. In addition, on the way to the venue, I asked our SUV driver (also last-minute) if he wouldn't mind picking up Taco Bell as a take-home/sober up snack for guests and he accepted without hesitation. They also were super flexible on changing the shuttle schedule times and drop-off locations. The only (very slight) con is that a few people noted that sitting backwards on one of the larger shuttles made them a little nauseated on the windy ride there. But overall, I didn't have to worry about transportation at all on our wedding day and I am incredibly appreciative of all of their efforts to try to make it even easier. Would highly recommend.

Hire them ASAP!

Central Virginia Wine Tours & Transportation was so incredible on my wedding day. They were so great to work with and ensured everyone got back to our hotel. They even did another loop around from the venue back to the hotel to ensure that everyone that needed a ride, got one. I would recommend them to anyone looking for transportation.

Your Chariot Awaits!

Where do I start!! We hired Central Virginia Wine Tours and Transportation for our wedding festivities in Orange VA and they more than exceeded expectations. From the friendly drivers, to the clean and safe vehicles, to the AMAZING communication and planning that was more than a year in the making, they made the transportation of our 125 person wedding a breeze.

Stephen and Jenny are amazing people and they will make sure that all of the event details are covered and things run smoothly the day of. They treated us like family and we will definitely recommend them to anyone with transportation needs, big or small in the future.

Smooth Ride

Working with Central Virginia Wine Tours & Transportation for our New Year's Eve wedding was a smooth ride! They were very helpful in planning our transportation schedule, the limo bus was pristine and our driver was super nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend using them if you're looking for wedding transportation in the area.

Incredibly accomadating and flexible

We hired Central Virginia Wine Tours to shuttle our wedding guests from their hotel to our venue. Stephen and Jenny were very helpful and accommodating. They were flexible when we had last minute scheduling changes. They were easy to work with and transparent with their pricing. My guests told me that the shuttle driver was friendly too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their shuttle services.

We used CVWT for my daughter's wedding and wedding reception at the Inn at Willow Grove. We had out of town guests at two hotels and CVWT made transportation for guests very simple. Drivers were very courteous and offered cold water and vehicles were clean and cool on a hot day. Owners, Stephen and Jenny, were very responsive and promptly returned calls and emails. THANK YOU!

Highly recommend this company! We used them to transport my bridal party to and from the venue. They were so accommodating, organized, and timely. The bus itself was in great condition. Stephen and his wife were so friendly from the very first conversation I had with them and their prices were lower compared to other transportation companies in the area.
