I have seen very many weddings done by other Central Market Florists in the area and they are beautiful...namely, the Latham store. However, I used the one in Hudson Valley Plaza and this had to be the worst part of my day. I originally met with Bobbi, who was wonderful and spent at least an hour with me going over every little detail. The week before my wedding she moved to a different store and that is when my nightmare began. When I went to make my final payment they couldn't find my order and I had to redo the entire thing...should have been my first clue to switch then, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I worried all week, and rightfully so. My bridal bouquet was partially dead and all of my girls bouquets were falling apart. Most of their flowers were still in the limo on the floor when we were walking down the aisle. The flowers we purchased for the pews were never delivered. I spoke to the manager the day after my wedding, with pictures to prove my case and the best they would do is return half of my money. I do highly recommend the Central Market Florist in Latham, but that is the only one that I would go to.
