Ivory did a terrific job with coordinating our wedding from beginning to end. She gave us so much peace of mind and comfort throughout the entire planning process and all the way through the wedding. She frequently checked in with my wife and I with recommendations for our venue to ensure we had our dreams and visions fulfilled. Ivory's entire staff and her choice of vendors was unparalleled. They were all so great that it made it difficult to decide on which to choose. Our wedding was initially supposed to be an outdoor wedding, but we ended up having to bring the wedding inside due to rain. Throughout that entire process, her team was on point with rearranging the indoor reception area to accomodate everyone for the wedding ceremony. Even with the emergency change of plans, everything was set up in a timely manner and the ceremony carried on perfectly. We were truly blessed to have Ivory, and to have her and her staffs services. I hired Ivory to coordinate my full wedding. My job is hectic and I travel at least 2 times a week. We needed the full coordination service and I needed her to be my eyes and ears on what I called ground zero. We had to coordinate many out of town guests and make sure our grandparents were taken care of. I truly appreciate all of her assistance. She was very professional and handled everything to a T. She sent me videos and pictures of the venues, flowers, invitations, and anything else I didn’t have time to see in person. We had a tight time frame and she took on the challenge. Beyond our first meeting most conversations were via email or video conference which I really appreciated. The day came together incredibly and I am very happy I utilized her services. I highly recommend her.

I hired Ivory to coordinate our wedding and I was blown away by all the ways she was able to assist us. She was worth every penny! The planning process was smooth. My wife to be was happy because she had someone to talk to about all the tiny details that weren’t so critical to me. Hey guys, imagine this Her. “Honey, do you want the gold with the sparkles or without the sparkles on the invitation?” Me. “You know what dear you probably should run that by Ivory she will know what’s best.” LOL Let me tell you this scenario saved me countless hours of conversations I didn’t want to fake interest in. Getting pass my personal benefits Ivory did make several recommendations for vendors we needed including catering and music options. She was a good sounding board for our ideas and she was great at providing options to bring our ideas to life. On the day of the wedding I don’t believe I saw her sit down at any point. She was on top of everything and I would swear up and down she had a twin sister in there if I didn’t know better. LOL Best of all we were able to enjoy our day without a worry. #happilymarried

We had a movie theme and she truly helped our vision come to life with cool props and awesome movie posters. I looked up reviews before hiring Ivory, but unfortunately the reviews led me astray. I hope this really helps someone who is on the fence about who to hire. I was having a 4 day Indian wedding with 6 events and needed help planning it. I had already planned & hired the majority of the vendors as far as all the catering and venues. What I needed help with were the little things and hands on help for some organizing. Ivory helped me come up with a timeline during 1 meeting and that was about it. I understand the importance of a timeline, but that was all she was concerned about. I mentioned to her that I was feeling overwhelmed and needed help, but she still insisted that I just come meet with her for a timeline. I requested for her to come meet at my house to help organize some of the wedding stuff and also help me get my thoughts together. She kind of brushed it off and attempted to reschedule, but with working full time, it was hard for me to find time, so it kind of just went by the wayside. She did not stay on top of it and call to me to make sure that things were going well. All I got was an email and no follow-up phone call to make sure that everything was going as it should. When my vendors and I were unable to reach her constantly from Friday to Sunday, she mentioned to keep in mind that she is occupied all weekends with other weddings. Unfortunately, if I called her on Tuesday, sometimes I would not hear back from her until two days later (Thursday). If I am working that day, I may not be able to call her back until the next day. Then here we are playing phone tag. This occurred way too often, to the point that I gave up and just took over the wedding planning anyway. Two days before the wedding began, Ivory bailed on me. She said it was too much to handle and she was not as involved as she hoped to be. That was not my fault. She is the wedding planner. I have never done this before. There I was, left with 6 events to complete on my own. Last minute.
