Brides to be- hiring Casual Candids is THE way to go on your wedding day! Think about it! Instead of having posed pictures with "just take the picture smiles" by one photographer instructing you to "turn your head this way, drop the chin" etc. you get 2 (yes 2) photographers who take multiple shots to ensure each moment is captured beautifully. They did just that and worked with me on specific ideas I wanted to capture. It was like having paparazzi follow us around. We have almost 2,000 photos and none are bad. They are dedicated to their craft!!! We met with Joyce and Christy for almost 2hrs discussing in detail what we wanted to accomplish. The wedding day arrived and they had ideas on how to shoot what we discussed. No surprises. No regrets. Corrine our other photog even laid down on the sidewalk to shoot some photos and a TV camera man passing by remarked "now that's dedication". I literally cried tears of joy when I saw the photos on line then 2 days later had a memory stick in hand with every single one of the 2,000 photos on it. We still have to choose which of the photos we want so they can color correct them etc. but as they are now in the raw state, they are spectacular. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

Jessica and Joyce were wonderful! I am so glad we selected them as our wedding photographers. They are very personable and great to work with. At first I thought it would be awkward having photographers follow us around on our wedding day but it was not with them behind the camera. Jessica and Joyce put us at ease from the moment they arrived. We have beautiful photos and even more gorgeous album from our wedding day. We are very appreciative of the amazing memories they were able to capture. I would recommend them and Casual Candids to everyone.

Joyce (Casual Candids owner) is a joy to work with. On our wedding day, our families and wedding party commented on how positive her energy is, and how easy it was to work with her. She and her daughter Jessica (2nd photographer) captured so many beautiful shots. Afterwards, my dad commented that it was "unbelievable" how many great shots they got, and he hardly noticed they were there. The process of booking Joyce was very simple, and we had one quick phone call to arrange the day-of details. Very easy, and the final product was amazing!

Amazing photographers!!!!!! We initially met with Joyce, the owner, and really felt she would ensure we'd get the experience we wanted. The venue itself is very picturesque and we were able to meet with Joyce and both photographers a few weeks before the big day. Joyce was very flexible and together we planned the first look and other areas of the property we could use. Joyce is very proactive is ensuring the everyone is on the same page with the day-of itinerary (knowing that things do come up) and very prompt in responding via email.

Corinne and Wendy were our day-of photographers and absolutely AMAZING. They were extremely professional, friendly and an absolutely awesome pair to work with. Like all art forms photography is open to interpretation so I'd encourage anyone looking for a wedding photographer to be respectful but very honest about what types of photos you like - close-ups, wide angle, more landscape, etc. Casual Candids was extremely accommodating about getting the shots we wanted such as shots at a nearby bridge and after-party shots of the cigar hour. I had found a bunch of photos from previous weddings at the venue and the photographers didn't seem to mind recreating although I'm sure they knew before I did that those wouldn't be the best ones :-). Either way they were more than happy to accommodate.

Best of all Joyce sent me two great photos within TWO days of the wedding and had mailed us a thumb drive with all the thousands of photos (all with minor photo editing done) just five days after the wedding. I was absolutely shocked about the quick turnaround.

We loved Joyce and Corinne! They both knew what the names of the wedding party and family which made pictures go that much quicker! Despite the rain on our wedding day, they made sure to get great inside photos since we couldn't go outside. I would definitely recommend Casual Candids! Plus we had access to our pictures within days of our wedding!

We were so impressed with Casual Candids. Of the photographers we interviewed, they were extremely professional and listened to us about our wedding and what we wanted. Joyce was always extremely quick to respond, and I never had any concerns about reaching her. We loved all our photos, our engagement and the wedding. We had so many compliments from our guests about how lovely the pictures were. They were pleasant to have at the wedding and didn't feel intrusive if they asked for a photo.
