Working events and weddings has been an 8-year journey for me so far, and some may say I am a Jill of all trades when it comes to timelines, centerpieces creation, wedding design and more.

Stress-free wedding day, no detail left unnoticed

Stacie was absolutely the best investment for our wedding day. On this side of things (post-wedding), I would say a great coordinator is absolutely not negotiable for your wedding and this endorsement is a result of the excellence that Stacie brings to her job. We spoke with Stacie about being as present as possible at our wedding, and how to make different stages of our event predictable and relaxed. She walked through every detail with us (about 80% of the details, we had not even thought of) and made sure that our wedding was aligned to our vision. Wedding planning exhausted my ability to make decisions and Stacie didn't skip a beat when it came time to orchestrate what felt like a thousand details on the day of our wedding. She was calm, handled questions and obstacles with grace, and truly listed to us. I felt like I could actually attend my wedding and enjoy it because when something came up (left my shoes in my room, dog needs a walk, caterer doesn't know where to put something, the list goes on), Stacie was there. Stacie is extremely professional with this work -- she communicates directly and efficiently, while also showing regard for her client's needs. You will thank yourself for hiring Stacie.

Perfection

Stacie was everything you would want in a wedding planner. I am a retired wedding and event planner and can say that I could not have been happier with her work. She is kind, calm, sweet, has great attention to detail and goes beyond the call of duty to make sure your day goes off without a problem. And if something arrives she has the perfect demeanor to handle it. I highly recommend Carver.

Yes queeeeeen

Stacie is incredible. I would think of something, turn around, and it would be done and look picture perfect/ready for photos. She might be a mind reader. She is so courteous, caring, and creative. If you have an idea, she can bring it to life perfectly. We had her for our day of coordination at Rist Canyon Inn, but she spent time with us beforehand to ensure every question had been answered before the day. I would recommend a coordinator to literally everyone. It is a game changer.

Amazing! Hire Stacie!

After considering multiple options for a day of coordinator for our wedding at Rist Canyon Inn, I am SOOO glad we went with Stacie. Her calm, experienced nature makes her incredibly easy to work with... and I knew we were always in good hands. She throughtfully takes charge while making sure to keep your vision and desires for the wedding day at the forefront. Stacie went above and beyond to help make sure everything ran smoothly and we couldn't be more grateful! She obviously loves what she does and I couldn't recommend her any more highly!

Best coordinators ever

I have had the pleasure of working with Carver coordination for a wedding and I was completely blown away by their service. They are so communicative, flexible, and kind. From our very first emails all the way to me leaving the wedding, they were such a joy and my newest friends. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a better planning company that is so for all their vendors and couples the way Carver is. They also checked in on my team all day as we worked and really supported us.

MVP of our wedding day

Stacie did our wedding at Rist Canyon this year and I truly can not say enough about her! She was INCREDIBLE. Anything we needed, wanted, desired she was there to give it to us. The day of our wedding, it poured down rain and Stacie worked her tail off hours before the ceremony moving everything inside to make sure we got our perfect day and we really did. Thank you Stacie!!

Carver Coordination Made All the Difference!

To be 100% honest, we initially only contacted coordinators because it was required by our venue. I'm SO glad we did though. After working with Stacie and Katie, I can't imagine trying to do all of that work ourselves. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

Stacie was great from the very beginning--super professional, organized, and very timely with communication. She offered great ideas and advice that made our planning process so much easier and less stressful.

For our wedding she assigned us to her associate Katie, who we can only describe as an all-star. My wife produces events in NYC, and she was ready to offer Katie a job on the spot because of how fantastic she was.

They thought of every detail and kept records of everything we needed to make the wedding function smoothly. If you can't tell, I can't recommend them highly enough. Total 10/10.

Stress free and professional

Katie was our day of coordinator and she was amazing! She was super responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding itself. On the day of our wedding it rained, she coordinated everything and gave us reasonable options for ceremony and dancing when it was originally supposed to be outside. She was friendly and understanding! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator! She truly went above and beyond. We can’t say enough about her!

Congratulations, you can stop looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! If Stacie is available, book her right now. Are you dumb? Because only a dumb person would continue reading this review instead of booking Stacie, the best wedding planner we could ever imagine. She fixed problems we didn’t even know we had until they were solved. She brings a meticulous expertise and wisdom to every aspect of her craft, she is the Michaelangelo of wedding planning and quite frankly, I am sad she is no longer in our life.
