Owner Carrie is a wedding and portrait photographer who covers special occasions throughout the counties of Guilford, Alamance, and Forsyth. This professional began her creative journey in 2004 and utilizes contemporary, photojournalistic styles to convey unique love stories.

Carrie Lilly Photography customizes its services to reflect the preferences of different couples. Carrie relishes the opportunity to meet with to-be-weds in person discuss their plans and vision, and learn about their special bond. Afterward, she will curate an individualized plan and quote that meets your specific needs. She covers engagement sessions, boudoir photoshoots, and destination occasions. A second photographer can accompany Carrie if required, and she is happy to extend her hours on the day. Newlyweds receive digital images, prints, and albums so they can cherish precious memories for a lifetime.

Beautiful eye

If Carrie is behind the lens, you can be confident in the result. The way she captured my family is nothing short of magical. I’ve had several photoshoots with Carrie Lilly, who can capture everything from glowing headshots to people in love, to babies, to creative narratives (she once photographed me for a series themed Southern Gothic springtime). She’s really sensitive to her clients’ ideas and suggestions, and a kind, communicative professional.

Over the moon for Carrie Lilly Photography!

I had the privilege to be photographed by Carrie Lilly on two occasions - once as a solo artist and once with my band for our promotional package. She made me and then the whole band feel at ease and comfortable with her unique and fun ideas and settings, which then made for some wonderful and magical moments captured on film. Carrie Lilly is amazing!

Anytime you’re looking for a photographer it’s sure to be an important day. We hired Carrie Lilly to photograph a day that will forever be etched in my mind, but also through her photos. When my fiancé (now wife) and I sat with Carrie to begin conversations about our wedding day it wasn’t long after that we found ourselves conversing with a friend. We asked Carrie to capture the love shared during our wedding. She did that and more! We’ve invited Carrie Lilly and will continue to invite her to photograph the important days in our lives.

We had the BEST experience with Carrie Lilly!

Carrie Lilly Photography was EXCELLENT to work with and, looking back, I couldn’t imagine our special day without her. We have since booked her for Christmas card photos and I have a sneaky suspicion she’ll be our photographer for a long time to come. She was extremely detail-oriented, punctual, communicative, and so calm...all of the things a bride needs. We got a sneak peak right away and our full photo package so quickly! She’s a rock star both on the big day and with speedy editing. She’s the best.
