My superb experience with Carnegie Catering began with my initial email conversation with John, who immediately made me feel important and in control of what I wanted. He was immediate to respond to all my questions and concerns along the way. He was down to earth and professional, I felt like we were a team during the entire process. He went above and beyond to work with me on pricing and the menu, even with multiple changes that were made along the way. Even though we weren't able to make a date work for a tasting, I'm still giving Carnegie 5 stars in all categories because they simply deserve it!! At the wedding, the staff were very professional and kind, I even caught several of them smiling and genuinely seemed very happy for us on this special day. The food and presentation was impeccable, everything we wanted. Our guests raved about the professionalism, presentation and taste of everything!! I highly recommend Carnegie for any catering event...John will make sure you're taken care of and will work very passionately to cater the wedding of your dreams!

Carnegie Catering amazed us at our daughter's wedding. We couldn't have pulled it off without them. They listened very well to our requests and needs and Made great suggestions where we needed help, The reception venue was The gorgeous Landmark Theater, which Bill & John of Carnegie Catering knew well as the had catered at this location numerous times. They met with us first to discuss menu choices and then at the Landmark with the rental company to discuss set up, layout and number of tables, chairs, etc. needed. Everyone involved was very professional and helpful. They all worked together like clock work.

Our daughter and son-in-law had decided on having food stations set up throughout the venue to eliminate long buffet lines. This worked very, very well. The food was ALL incredible! My personal favorites were the beef tenderloin, the butternut squash ravioli and the potato bar. The potato bar was a huge hit with our guests. Guests also raved about the salmon, turkey and fixings, and the salad cascade. We also had a cocktail hour prior and a dessert bar after. No one went away hungry and every last bite was mouthwatering delicious. Presentation at each station was beautiful and catering staff were very attentive. We heard no complaints from our 150 guests, they all raved about the food. My husband and I were told numerous times throughout and still days after, that it was by far the best wedding reception they ever went to.

Carnegie Catering was the exclusive caterer for the venue I chose. A bit pricy, but the food was beyond delicious. Guests raved about our entrees all night. The service was exceptional, to where my husband and I had a team of servers making sure we specifically we taken care of the entire night. And then, they made us to-go boxes of the food. I would recommend them to anyone!

Carnegie exceeded all my expectations! The food was amazing...So many guests said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding! The presentation was absolutely incredible...and so was the wait staff! John worked closely with me and my husband to create a wedding menu that would be perfect for us. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this caterer! He catered my duaghter's wedding at the Greystone Castle and it was just perfect. The food was outstanding, hot, prepared perfectly and presentation outstanding. The bar selection was beyond what was expected, and he accomodated the signature driinks to a "T". I highly reccommend this exceptional caterer and plan to use him for any future catered parities I may have. Carnegie Catering gets TEN stars in my book!

We recently attended a Mother's Day brunch catered by Carnegie - mostly to sample the food since we will be going with them for our upcoming wedding. The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was very responsive and the presentation of the buffet and carving station was very elegant and well put-together. We are very excited to work with them and plan our menu for our wedding reception.
