Amazing food & wonderful staff

When we first met with Carmen, we could tell off the bat that she was a confident lady and confident in her work. And she has every right to be!
Her food was great! She worked with us in pricing and menu planning. She provided great advice on what would compliment each dish and provided us a couple of tastings so that we were sure.
She also set up an appetizer spread for our cocktail hour which looked beautiful! Every single appetizer flew, which speaks for itself!
We have absolutely no regrets in hiring Carmen's Catering to play such big part in our special day!

Carmen's food is still being talked about by our guests two months after the wedding. We had wanted a traditional Mexican menu (not Tex-Mex) and our venue suggested Carmen. Her buffet line-up had variety and bold flavors, plus the inclusion of fresh aguas was a nice differentiating touch. We opted to serve breakfast tacos and menudo after midnight and even that was fresh and tasty.
